    1 year of training! okey results?

    Age: 18
    Weight: 97kg
    Height: 185





    There is about 6 months between these pictures:

    FØR = BEFORE (I`VE BEEN ON A BULK FOR 4-5MONTHS, GAINED 20 POUNDS"

    Congrats on staying with it through the first year. This is when most people stop.
    Im having a little bit of a hard time trying to figure out what pics are from when to be quite honest though. I am assuming the ones with the face out that says F0r means before. If so you have put on some size but you have also added fat, so its hard to get a real good judgement. Keep up the hard work though and it will all pay off. Get into our diet forum and get some advice there to help set up a better diet for yourself.

    yep, getting bigger... just make sure to keep clear goals in mind and stick to em!

    Yep "før" means before. I`m norwegian by the way
    And ofcourse i`ve gained some bodyfat, that`s not to hard to see. But i`ve gained about 20pounds over the past 4-5 months, and thats with purpose.
    I`m quite happy with my diet.

    3000-3500kcal. 250-300 protein. lots of good fat and only good karbohydrates! (ofcourse there is an exeption in the weekends, but i just add another 300-500 kcal i dont drop any of the good food

    yup i have my goals
    my goals are winning a bodybuilding competition within 5-10 years, either without or with aas
