    Me!!!

    alright here are better pics. let me start off by saying that im not on anything at all, no creatine no NO2 no nothing but whey. i stopped using creatine b/c i wanted to see what i could do with just being 100% natural for a while. i will start taking creatine again tomorrow as a matter of fact and i plan on buying a bottle of myogenx. i have no idea what my bf% is so if you guys could tell me what you think so i can kinda get an idea
