Defintely made some good improvements. This done with diet modifaction and exercise? In another year you should look great at this pace, and it should be a nice permanent change too since you did it slowly.

    Thanks for the compliments!

Cut out most fast foods. increase protien intake. six small meals a day with meat before bed every night to keep the metabolism going. No cardio, but used weight training as cardio. I am old (37) haha! so threw in a cycle of test e 500mg/ week pyramiding to 1000 then back down to 500 in the first three months of my training. (pyramiding did not seem to make much difference that i could tell though) and did test e 400mg/wk + deca 400mg/wk at the end of the year. adding the deca gave me zits and gyno... thank goodness for litro! haha!

I really see no point of this since you said you weren't bodybuilding. Even if you were, I still see no point that early into trying to make a change.

Very nice progress but you still have a little ways to go. Try posting your diet here and also try to hit cardio 3 times a week minimum. Cardio is not hard, just boring imo.

Thanks everyone! Just started hitting the gym again after the holidays. twice as hard this time. Just recently broke it off w my fiance because she was with another man while she was spending the holidays in Europe with her family, so now I have more time and motivation than ever! I don't have a diet except eating as many lean protiens and greens, as I can, nuts and beef jerky are the snack of choice, and I just choose the healthiest options available whenever those are not available. six small meals a day. the only sup I use is No-Explode before workouts and a whey protien shake after. Training was a two day split of chest/shoulders/tris and back/bis/and legs, One day on two off. I am going to up the workouts to eod, and more intensity. Also getting ready to start another cycle of 500mg/wk test e in spring. I will be ready for the beach and the women this summer for sure!
