    Finally 243Lbs I was 265Lbs New Pics

    I am finally getting close to where I need to be, I am currently 243, I was 265 at the beginning of Jan. The weight is falling off.

    I won't say anything about time on/time off.....although i could

    No I just got off my first cycle as soon as the new year started. I am waiting till april to do my second of test and winny. I should be hopefully 10% or less bf by then.
    Thanks for all the positive remarks. I see myself everyday so i dont notice the progress as much. I am sure that most of you regulars here on the forum know what I looked like not too long ago. I have come a long way and I still have a bit left in front of me until I reach my goal. I WILL have a 6 pack and hopefully its sooner than later. This is the most progress I have ever made.

    I plan on taking some water pills towards the end of my cutting to hopefully drop some more lbs in water weight and cut up as much as possible. I also need to work on my upper chest a little I noticed in my new pics.

    Dont take water pills. Waste of time.

    I'd say you're probably 22%ish right now. Keep hittin it. I dunno bout 10% by April..you could probably hit 14/15% by april if you BUSTED your ass cardio 6x a week and stayed on your diet.

    and I second what chest said - don't touch the water pills. You have proven you can lose that fat simply by dieting and cardio.

    I have been doing cardio about 5X a week at least a 1/2 hour a day or so. I do 100 situps every night as well as a decent diet. Its all just discipline and routine. Anyone has the power to do this. You just have to work hard and be hard headed. Although you guys still think I am about 20% or so???

    man now i can see a big change congrats on the progress. yea i'd say your around 20% but dont let numbers discourage u man keep hitting it hard.

    Obviously high protien, minimal carbs. I try to get 250 grams of protien a day or more. I usually have 3 or more protien shakes a day which is roughly 50grams a piece. I also eat chicken, turkey or tuna on any given daY. I slack on my diet 1 day a week, a cheat day if you will. But 1 day wont ruin a weeks worth of work. I am not on an exact macros diet but it seems to be working with what I am doing so I will keep it up.

    great progress, shaving the chest hair off has helped ten-fold. bodyfat definately mid-20's, keep at it, your doing well

    LOL does it really help that much? Every one told me I was at low to mid 20's before I lost 22lbs so what gives. I am not being snotty just wondering.

    yea looking much better, makes you look younger too. Just keep busting your ass. I'm starting to cut myself and my goal is to get to 10% as well, when you get there, post a pic and I will too, lets see who looks better...lol jk bro

    I think you're high teens or around 20 personally, its hard to tell. Before you were like 30% easily...I dunno who said you were midtwenties when you had a massive gut hanging over your pants.

    Remember you've probably lost a lot more than 22lbs cuz you've probably put on 10lbs or so of muscle too, maybe more

    I am far from an expert on guessing bodyfat percentage, just looking at the pics, and from previous experience, id say low-mid twenties. when you first posted, and pics since then, i would not have looked at you and thought you trained. however in these new pics, its clear that there is some damn good muscle under there, and as someone else mentioned, your abs are close

    and yes the shaving makes a huge difference. i waxed my legs awhile back, and the difference in visible muscle was mad!

    Well thanks brother that is really apreciated. See I was bummed out before because everyone was puting me down but I was strong and could lift a lot but you couldnt tell by my pics. I was fat and fat does cover a lot of good progress. It pays off in the end though once you start seeing lines popping up.

    yea i would say around 22% also. 10% is definately doable by the end of the summer/beginning of fall with hard work/consitency. keep at it man.
