Doing "legs" twice a week would probably destroy mine. Instead i split my leg day up so that i do hams and lower back on one day, and quads/glues the other day.

yea ive been doing different things training legs but spliting them up is def my favorite, im not a huge fan of training legs so splitting them up def helps, right now im doing quads and hams with chest and calvs with arms

it is a romboidal shaped bar, in which you stand in the middle. It is like deadlifting and squatting at the same time, but the load is mostly on the legs and not on the lower back

yea i know i need a tan im gonna go do the spray on tan i think bc i used to use the tanning beds but i hate wearing the goggles and getting the white circles around my eyes and i got laser eye surgery so i cant go in without them, and no ive never done a cycle

You appear to be in nice shape.....Well your upper body does. You must have small legs. Squat low & Deep. LOTS OF SETS, 8-12. Start off Light and High Reps 15-20 reps then increase weight each set while lessoning reps. No point of maxing each time. 4-6 reps for last set is good. Your legs will be dead, but they will get bigger.Dedicate an entire workout for them. You will be spent. Try this for a couple months and I'm sure they will grow. You will need lots of rest and EAT! Then go back to a normal bbing routine, Legpress,leg curls, extensions or whatever the hell you want.

yea juicy brucy most people dont think i weigh 170 and the first time i posted anything on this forum i had not posted pics yet and nobody believed that i could lift the weight i do, i was told "youre way to lean to lift that much weight"
