Am I ready for the first cycle ?
I'm 21 years old,I have been training for about 4 years till now, I started like very skinny guy.
178 sm height and 62kg (137 lbs), now I'm 181 and 85 kg (188 lbs), so 23kg (51 lbs) for 4 years absolutely naturaly, only with suplements like creatine and whey.
I'm going to start my first cycle soon, but first I want to hear you opinions about my body and have I the base required for first steroid cycle? It' was impossible last year to put quality muscle on me,when I bulk I put some mass but when I cut,I lost every hard gained muscle. And by the way,can you tell me the % of my bodyfat ,thanks
sorry for the bad quality, pic are taken with a mobile phoneLast edited by palqkat; 06-17-2007 at 06:59 AM.

I think you still have more potential naturally at this time to be honest.

I'd guess your bf to be at around 17%, maybe a little less. I too think you could make further gains by refining your diet and training a bit more. You have made very impressive gains, but the more you make the harder they are to come by, that's where diet gets critical. Many people think a proper diet is eating healthy, but it's way more than that. Read up in the diet forum there is plenty of great info there. If you decide to go with aas good luck and keep us posted, lots of great helpful folks here.

think real hard if ur training and diet is tight.... if it honestly is..... it might be time..... you dont look very newbie to me. it makes a big differnce and theres no going back so do you research real real good before you start.

Thanks guys,I appreciated you comments and your advices. So,yes I know that I have more potencial naturaly maybe 10 lbs lean muscle mass, but It will take 1 year or more for that,I don't mind just an year I tell you one year very very hard work, sleep, diet, training then some cut out with a lot of muscle loss of course. When I started my arms where 27 sm , now they are 40sm,so it's very very hard to put some lean muscle on them, tomorow I'll post some pictures before I started, you will be amazed.
Why I think about AAS?
1.I miss first 3 year when I was growing every day, people told me so many good things and etc you know, asked me what I was eating, they thought i was jucing btw.Lately they asked me if i was working out becouse I stop growing. It sux.
2.My friends. They took a lot of AAS,they eat 3 times per day, don't sleep BUT they look much better than me,me who eat 7-8 meals, over 250gr protein per day,450gr carbs (when I bump the carbs I become fat ass) only clean foods, complex carbs and etc. They don't know a shit about dieting and training and they are bigger and ripped like the hell, this is killing me
3.I can't wait 1 or 2 years more, just can't wait anymore.I want next summer to be with 16.5 inches guns and 200 lbs with 6-7% BF, and I know that I can do it with 2 cycles for newbies, one mass builder and one for cutting
so thanks one more time for your posts, hope to see moreLast edited by palqkat; 06-17-2007 at 03:23 PM.

4.pre work out: 20 gr whey
5.After work out: 40gr whey 2 bananas 30gr dextrose
6. same as number 2
7. same as number 3
8.Milk-egg protein or caseine 40gr

there is a sticky somewhere on this board, that gives you questions you can ask yourself whether your ready or not.
i would say wait.

If you have to ask yourself, you may not be ready. I would suggest utilitzing the various sticky's/important/educational threads to learn all you can for the next few months. Start threads asking educated questions and post your diet up, with macros, in the diet forum for critiquing. Once you have researched extensively and your diet and training are spot on, the choice is yours.

I will do gear eventually, but people that tell that gear doesnt make a Difference or a BIG difference can stick their finger in their eyes.
GEAR MAKE HUGE DIFFERENCE,trust me i seing it from my own eyes.
You look good and you seem like a intelligent guy so its your decision if you wanna go for it.

lookin' good..although your BF is a little on the high side i would say...but an amazing progress from your skinny pics thats for sure. At 21, you easily have 3-4 more years to progress naturally (I myself started gear at 25) so you should really focus on maxing out your natural potential before jumping on gear.

You came a long way man, looking good now. It is up to you and only if you think your ready or not.

I agree with the 14% BF. I caliper people all the time and that looks about 14% to me.

agree, 14% i would say drop down to 11-12% while trying to maintain the same weight with leaner mass and then its up to u

Thanks guys for help me to make my decision, I'll stay away from AAS at least one more year, will try until next summer to maintain the same weight but on around 8%, I'll try to maximize my training and my diet for sure ,will spend some more money on supplements and etc.I'll keep you posted how my natural progress is going for me. Now I'm going to cut to 8-9% BF and next I'll have long and hard bulk up winter.
Talk to you soon

I would gain more weight your not fat i can see abbs!
85kg is too little for some one as tall as you get up to 100kg then diet down until your lean then start IMO.

great work. I had a similar tranformation from a very little dude.
I'd wait before using the gear but it's your choice. just don't get carried away by what your friends are doing -use this board. I had TERRIBLE advice from guys at the gym and a source before doing some research here. learned how to do things correctly.
good luck!

if you were able to pack on 51lbs of quality muscle naturally in 3-4 years I'd keep plugging away with what your doing...keep researching and obtaining knowledge on AAS and when your about 25 years old and have peaked naturally I'd say go for it but start low.

I have to say that you look good natural. I think you have done better progress than a lot of people who DO run a cycle.
My two cents is to just lean up, and you'll look amazing bro! No Joke!
I'm happy to say you've done well in the last 4 years
You can lean up a bit if you want
And then some time in the future, you should be alright okay to run a cycle
You still have potential to grow right now.

you've done a good job putting on weight. not all of it quality but that happens to most as you just get started, still learning how your body reacts and such. your story reminds me of myself so i sympathize with you when you see people going past you w/ putting in half the work. but you should really be doing this for you, I dont get the impression your lookin to compete so no need to compare yourself to others. its up to you tho for the cycle.
as a critique i'd say your lats are lagging by the front double bi shot, unless its just poor posing. do you have any legs shots?

The decesion is up to you but I think you have already made your mind up and are just looking for validation from others. Gotta tell ya that we, for the most part, do not push anyone, or tell anyone to go to the dark side, but if you do then we are behind you 110%.
-
07-03-2007, 08:05 PM #30
only you can decide in the end to crossover to the darkside

Wow that's a great change brotha but IMO you look lean but small now. I would have said to keep bulking and then cut If i knew you were going to turn out like that. What do your legs look like? What's your weight at now?

You lost a decent amount of muscle on the cut but you still did a damn good job! Good luck!
