You say you'v been training for a year. Doesnt really show. I'm not sure what your body fat is but it doesnt look too low.
Have you actually started the cycle yet, cause you should seriously have some
anti-estrogen on had. from picture 2/3 it looks like you'l need it. I'm not flaming you fella cause honestly what you do with your life is up to you. At 18 you wont need any gear. when i was 18 all i could think about was food and sex lol.

Good luck with what ever you do. wait for some replys from the bigger guys to get a real answer.

Like these guys said, you're too young. If you decide not to listen to anyone and continue to do it, do yor research and get a good pct in line, you'll need it.

Your BF is not really that high but more importantly neither is your lean mass. It is possible to have a skinny fat person, not that you are fat but I would guess your ratio of BF Vs lean mass will show you alone that you need to work on your diet and pack on a decent frame. Listen to the guys giving the advice. Don't take it the wrong way either. You have done the right thing to come and ask so you are not stupid. Check out Bone Crushers pics and see what kinda frame he had before he started ass.....

Collection of pictures of me before and after cycles

Beside all that, you are still growing man. Doing ass at your age is dangerous! don't **** yourself up dude. Peeps are here to help, you came to the right place. Stay here, and read read read!

Yeah bro, I know it is not what you want to hear, but many of us believe steroids should be used when, after years of training and dieting properly, you reach your genetic potential and hit a plateau where the gains no longer come. I'm not trying to be mean, but to be honest looking at your pics I can't even tell that you work out. You are very, very far from your natural potential. Good luck.

No flame at all but if you look like that after one year of hitting the weights steroids won't do much. Post your training/diet so we can help you!

your diet needs some work bro!

go look in the diet forum, you can get some helpful stuff there, the first thing I noticed is you have no Post Work Out meal. IMO your biggest meal should be 30-60min after you train. Lots of protein and carbs needed then.

dadada21 your diet is lacking protein and veg.
To be honest, you look more healthy in your before pictures. What did your diet look like
    before that.

Hey fella, stay away from the gear, i started not long after your age and havent got the gains i would have done if i just waited. Your still young and have years to go before you even start thinking of touching gear go natty and weight a good post to read is When you SHOULDN'T use AAS imho....

get to the diet and training forums aswell and read everything you can there and ask questions if there is something your not to sure about, would rather clear a topic your not sure about on deit and training than on gear at this stage. good luck but the choice is yours.

Head to this part of the forum
    http://forums.steroid.com/diet-nutrition/
Read the posts at the top that say IMPORTANT:
Get an idea how you should make your diet.

If you want to improve it you could start with adding protein to each meal.
I wouldnt be the best for giving you advice on diet. I can just about manage my own.
Check out perfectbeast2001 thread that he linked you to in this thread.
Have a look for BONE.CRUSHER's thread. That guy must be doing something right.

How long total have you been on this diet?

Have you come up with an idea what your diet will be. Try not to make it too big. It might look good on paper but if you cant eat it, then whats the point.
Work your way up over the weeks. Thats what i do.

Fat counts towards your meals. Is there no fat in the curds?

Id say try to keep your protein the same for every meal besides your pwo shake and breakfast.
40g protein per meal, 50g protein for that shake and your morning meal.

Why you eating so many carbs fella. I no i can get away with twice that when im working but if i try it now it wouldnt really benefit.

I might not give the best info but i'll try to help anyway.
your having 7 meals a day so i would have my diet like this
    meal 1-pro/carb, 50g protein/50g carb/0g fat
    meal 2-pro/fat, 40g protein/0g carbs/20g fat
    meal 3-pro/carb, 40g protein/50g carbs/0g fat
    workout
    meal 4 pwo shake, 50g protein/80g carbs/0g fat
    meal 5 ppwo meal, 40g protein/0g carbs/20g fat (OR pro/carb meal, i feel i dont need it)
    meal 6-pro/carb, 40g protein/50g carb/0g fat
    meal 7 bed-pro/fat 40g protein/0g carb/30 fat

    total 300g protein, 1200 kcal
    230g carbs, 920 kcal
    70g fat, 630 kcal
    2750 kcal
    your BMR = 2500
    extra 250 a day.

You wont have 0g fat carbs in your meals, but try to keep it as low as you can.
hope this helps ya some. It works for me but might need changing for you.

U need alot of everything , stick to the basics, Has much protein has possible, 6 meals a a day, have carbs but no later than 18:00, lift heavy, sleep enough... Do that for about 6-8 months and lets see your gains.

sorry dadada21 i should of made it clearer. what i meant was how come your eating
132g carbs in one meal. why dont your break it up into 2-3 meals.

    *El Diablo*
wouldnt eating alot of everything just cause fat gains too. i guess it depends on the person. your probably right but that wouldnt work for me.

ps. nice dog fella. how old?

Hi Bax, Well of the pictures that i can see of this guy does it look like he needs some mass. Doesnt really matter what he eats has long has "and u said it" he breaks it down in smaller portions throughout the day. It also looks to me that he can lose the fat pretty quickly has he is still very young and his metabolism will still be very active. Has long has he has a balanced diet will it help him to pickup some size(mass).

Re the dog, He is about 19 months now, good looking mo-fo innit? .. Thansk for the compliment bro!

First you're wayyy to young to be even considering juice.

At your age you need to take advantage of your natural test levels. Otherwise you can easily screw up your endocrine system and by the time your 25 you will NEED juice as the only way of getting bigger.

Second you don't have the foundation, size, and are not even close to it.
I wouldn't even recommend superdrol at your age & size.

    Do some reading.
You WILL absoultey 100% regret doing a cycle. But some people ask for advice with their minds already made up.
In that case.. I have nothing to say.
