My progess
Well here is my progess I am doing this all natural I am in the Military over in the middle east right now so eating healthy is hard considering whatever they serve you pretty much have to eat. I am going for lean mass the next 2 months then trying to cut I am 6'1" 195 I am fairly new at lifting so cut me a break lol
What do you think my BF% is?

Looks like you are on the right track, stay dedicated and study proper diet so when you are in an environment where you can eat properly you will know what to do.

My game plan is to be around 185-190 and be pretty cut. I dont want to get to much bigger just want to be a lil strong and have that clean cut look by March

you look good. I say bulk up as much as possible you can always cut down.

I just dont want to get a gut... I want to be cut though by March. I tried cell mass for a few days and made my gut look huge.

I am bulking right now... The food pretty much sucks lol but its free. Equipment isnt bad, it gets the job done. I work Transportation

Thanks... I need some help fellas I am losing lbs like crazy..... I weigh about 188 right now and I am bulking I am eating like crazy... and following a pretty good diet. It just doesnt seem to be working. I dont want to be that skinny guy or that guy who looks big and has a gut. I am 6'0 and 188 my bi's measured today were about 14.5 inches... What do you suggest

just pound the food, u need to eat every couple hrs if u can.if they let you take food out of the mess hall get enough for the meals in between. eat eat eat, youre young someday u'll bulk very easy but prob not like u'd like,lol

I eat at least every 3 hrs and snack between... I mean if I eat like shit I could bulk up I have been up to 220 before but it was not pretty lol... I guess my genetics BLOW....

I havnt really been too concerned about the pudge untill lately I tried cell mass and all it did was my my gut grow and thats all... I eat like crazy and basically follow the same diet as the bulk thread for the most part... I wouldnt mind getting a lil pudge if my chest and arms got bigger... my main goal is when I leave here in March to have some decent muscles and some abs... To be honest I am afraid of getting a gut and not being able to get rid of it.

If it was cell mass I would bet its a bunch of water, thats what creatine does..increase bioavailable creatine to the muscles by increasing their water content, which happens systemically, not localized. Post your diet and then we can see why you are or are not growing.

bulking wasnt working so I am just trying to do lean mass... I just started doing cardio last week... I havnt started lipo 6 yet
