Hey man, just wondering, did you keep any of the strength you gained during your cycle, and what are your measurements (ie. chest, arms, waist, etc.)?

sure, it might be ideal for somebody to keep a gatorade out in their car for the drive home. then have a shake when u get home...
or just forget it and do the shake. i would say most people don't see much of a difference when they get a natural pwo insulin spike from sugar. just depends on how far u wanna go for the goal....

U dont seem to have great genetics, small frame, narow shulderz, but u put on nice shape, and have lean look. Congratz u made up for it!
