i really like the veins in your forearms, what it measures? i am pissed at mine, my forearms were almost as veiny as my calfs at one point. gonna get my forearms back, ive punishing them, so RF...... work on your calfs and i will keep punishing my forearms.....get ready to be called out in the near future....lol... btw....my tris will blow yours away.....you first

you are one lucky man RF. I got jealous of your forearm and have been pounding mine . my arthritis in both elbows have flared up to the point where i need cortizone injections. i will take a month or two off to recover. on your tri, well you lucky again, my batterys are dead(fib). but i know one area where id blow you away, i mean bussiness, dont talk cheap or i WILL call you out on it, just lick your wound about your calf and be quite .......lol. post up your forearm routine plz.
