New Member Pics Pre-First Cycle
Hey everyone! I've been reading these forums for quite a while but I finally decided to join. This website has been one of the best educational tool I've come across! I'm going to be starting my first cycle this week. I'll be doing a 10 week cycle of Test Cypionate @400 mg/wk and using Nolvadex for PCT. I'm looking to gain 15-20 lbs. after all is said and done. I'm 5' 8" 162lbs, I'd guess 11-12% body fat. I've been working out on and off for the last 4 years, started out wei***ng 120 lbs. I will most likely start a log in the member cycle section as soon as I start. Any input or feedback is welcome!

how old are you? I would suggest listing your diet as you could hold a lot more on that frame without AS.

Diet
0900 Wake up-30 Min Low intensity Cardio
0930 1 Scoop ON Whey Protein
0945 4 Eggs 1 Slice 100% Whole Grain Toast
1200 1 Can Tuna 2 Slice Whole Grain Toast 1 Slice Fat Free Cheese
1400 6 Oz Chicken breast 1 Cup Broccoli
1430 Workout
1530 2 Scoop ON Whey Protein
1600 1 Sandwich (4 Slices Fat Free Turkey Breast, 2 slices whole grain bread,
1 slice of Fat Free Cheese) 1 banana & 1 Cup of Cashews
1830 6 Oz Chicken breast 1 Cup Broccoli
2100 Whole Grain bread/Natural Peanut Butter
2330 1 Can Tuna
0030 2 Scoop ON Whey Protein
0100 Bedtime
Also take Megaman Multi, Arginine, Fish Oil and Green Tea Extract...I'm a pretty hard gainer and my body fat doesn't fluctuate even when eating "dirty"...

The diet is not too bad. I would add some carbs in the PWO and also increase cals. Your body needs more cals that is clear from your pics.
