In Case any of you guys need some motivation.
Hey guys. I was just looking through some old photos and I stumbled through some from my freshman year in college. I remember going to college and saying to myself that I wanted to get bigger. I was sick of being small in sports and etc etc. I wanted to learn how to get bigger and lift weights. Well 4 years and One BBing show later here I am. Just thought you guys might like to see what can be done if you stick with it.
First two pics are from freshman year, next few are my progess over last 4 years...

good progress man, you look like an extreme ectomorph so congrats on being dedicated with your eating

Thank you. My legs and back were my genetic gift. It shows in my lifts too because I can squat in the 400-410 range when I go heavy, and I deadlift 455 weekly....
Not sure how big my arms are, but they clearly lag, especially my triceps...the bi's aren't great either, but good triceps can give the appearance/hide biceps that aren't enormous....
As far as being an ectomorph goes, I wouldnt go that far in classifying my body type. I responded quite well once I began to lift and eat as you can see from pictures 1 and 2 to picture 3. Before I never picked up a weight at all nor ever considered dieting in a manner to put on size. Once i began to become a more experienced lifter and eater, my body responded extremely well and quickly I might add, seeing as I did add 30-35 pounds in 3 and a half years...

Yeah yeah, We're workin on it though...Im currently trying to disect my training regimen to see if there is something in there that I can change to bring these parts up, like doing them twice a week, or working them with the "priority Principle"

Much easier said than done, hahah.....
I will say this much, if I did have those three inches, I need a little more chest growth too, but that size on my arms would really put me in a place where I am happy with maintenance of that physique. If I had that I would probably focus on staying within a certain BF level most of the year so that I could easily shred when I wanted to, and then go back to maintenance afterwords until I want to shred again.
thanks for the compliments...

Wow, I'm honestly flattered, honestly I always knew I had some decent body parts, but as a whole I've considered myself average. I really appreciate the kind words.

I'm currently trying to decide how to bring the body more into proportion....
I guess I'm not really sure if I should be instituting some kind of priority principle or what...Should I be hitting the lagging parts first in the week? Should I be hitting the lagging parts twice a week? Should I be targetting certain exercises for those parts while leaving out some other ones? Should I be doing less leg workout to allow more time for lagging bodypart work? Are these measures even the best way to bring up lagging body parts?
This is what I'm struggling with, figuring out how to catch up certain parts of my body. I think if I can do that my physique will be so much more complete at this weight. I think it will allow me to proceed to improving the body as a whole because it makes no sense to allow certain bodyparts to grow while allowing others to lag behind.
