    any opions,

    Hey guys, opions great apreciated, back in the gym now from having time of from looking after my old girl she now getting better, included pics starting of at 9st6lbs and recently well 2weeks ago at 10st4lbs, im now currently wei***ng 10st 10lbs from wei***ng this morning, beleave it or not the to 10st 4 pics taken the same day was mucking about with misses with the side pic lol all advice on areas i need to work on would be helpful and before anyone starts shouting i know legs!! which im now doing and thinking is the reason my weight is starting to go up so quickly.

    u have low bodyfat so it will be easier to do a bulking diet and still have little fat...good luck

    More recent pictures of me now at 10st10lbs. personally feel im coming alon slowly and surley. but that prob a biest opioun what everyone else thinking?

    Cheers bone. means alot coming from you seen your thread awesum physique shows what dedication can really do thanks alot gives me more drive to go further, cutting the easy part really always been lean just the bulking but its getting there slowly taking each day/week/month as it come kinda thing, But thanks once again. any tips and advise you have dont be shy to pass down but already know number 1 - diet read up like made on this and its coming along slowly but maybe not as perfect as it could be.

    Im not sure if i know what "Mucking around with the Misses" is but i can guess. Prolly could have done with out that info and image in my head. My next pic im gonna let eveyone know it was after me taking a big shit cuz im trying to "cut" or whatever... But really your 2nd set of pics look better. Def coming along. Keep eating and bulking. Good job from the 1st set.

    My bad, The dosage really low at the mo at 15mg a day split in 3 so isn,t to much on the dbol.

    Cheers Cl, arms and shoulders seem react well when i train, ive had few months off due to personal reasons from aufust - jan but back to it, started trianing legs again(shy'd away as you can see in pics) but one part i cant seem to get is inner chest, tried near enough everything low cable xovers flys dips high cable xovers but nothing, diet has been the best its ever been.

    As there is roughly 2-3weeks in between pics will keep the same time frame for next lot of progress, will try and put some measurements down unfortunatly i dont have any from when i first started.

    heres new pic off me.
    Stats before taking this are:
    165lbs
    bf15%
    height 5'6"

    Been back in gym for roughly 31/2weeks, completly clean and diet i thought was alright but needs to be looked at.

    Once i get new weight and bf checked out week tomorrow will start a new thread leading up to new course, hoping to start end of jan/feb

    Make your chest routine very simple, something like this..

    Flat bench
    Incline bench
    Decline bench
    Flat dumbbell flys

    IMO the decline and flat dumbbell flys will tear up that lower inner chest and you'll see improvement quickly, more so the decline than flys

    you look a hell of alot better in the latest pic, to be honest the first 2 sets you didnt really look like you worked out, now however, your looking good.

    As for chest issues, keep focusing on the basics like jp2007 suggests, your pecs will grow as a whole if you train them correctly, fvck the flat bench off and do cable crossovers instead, or a pec deck machine would be good

    JP cheer for the chest will start again on it reviewing pics my left one seems to be just a tad larger which im unsure how but going to tackle that at the same time and hit the dumbells hard.
