    May 2010

    Pics taken after almost year during which due to unfortunate circumstances my training and eating were poor in patches. I did the best I could considering the resources at my disposal (or lack of resources especially healthy and protein rich food) and leaned up at the end. Also took over a year off cycling.

    I'm having issues attaching files, my storage space on ar-r might be full....

    Thanks guys, unsure whats changed with my skin. I did take moduretic at 1 stage and that certainly dried me out, also recently I started running Letro to prevent and reverse early stage gyno. Not so surprisingly that to has given me a very dry look. Lastly I've been using Melanotan 2 but that's actually said to thicken the skin... lol

    2nd 1 either similar then a break then diet (just on thermogenics etc) or

    2nd 1 a 6 week bulk followed by 6 weeks or so dieting on low dose tesp prop and thermo's etc

    what does the bulking cyce look like? and how much do you gain in 6 weeks - seems so short! but it clearly works for you....

    well normally between 14 and 22 weeks, depending on whether r not I stay in cyuce when ditieng. I I do I lower my test dose to around 300 or 350mg pw and then j=use clen , t3, etc etc

    igf-1 50mcg to 100mcg

    PCT - Nolva, A-dex,
    (HCG ran trough out 200 to 250 iu twice a week)
    (ran a-dex throughout switching to letro after gyno symptoms)

    i aim for equal time off as on


    usually gain 9-13kg in 6-7 weeks, i prime leading u to bulking. My results diminish in weeks beyond 6 or 7 so I typically stop the cycle when the gains slow.

    Great info on the bulking cycle MIck - thanks.. must be the slin that makes it golden for you - what do you think? otherwise seems like a pretty average cycle. Great the way your body responds to it! props for the hard work!

    No doubt the slin helps, but test and tren alone do wonders, i think the peptides also played a role this time round, at least in terms of joint health and lower bf% but suspect also in over all muscularity and the improvements in my chest/hamstrings. I hope that my my honest cycle descriptions are of some use to others

    Wow mick you look great man! I even noticed your thinning hair problem seemed to cease after that cycle! What is your secret to keeping a head full of hair after going thru the stint of losing some?

    On cycle:

    Finasteride 1.25mg pd
    Nizoral Shampoo
    Spiro
    Minoxidil with topical finasteride


    Off cycle:

    Finasteride 1mg pd
    Minoxidil with retatonic acid

    It's improved a fair deal and doesn't seem to be worsening these days, even while on cycle

    was 88kg in the pics uploaded last bf a bit higher than it is currently sitting at. I havent taken in current pics, will take some on comp day I guess


    I don't always record all macros though I sometimes use excel to plot my diets out. When bulking I fidn that I get by pretty well just eating as much as I can in accordance to general guidelines.

    My second last bulk diet

    Meal 1 (Carb/Pro)
    10am

    2 cup Oatmeal
    1 cup Orange Juice
    1 Banana
    3 Eggs
    3 Egg whites
    30g Whey


    Meal 2 (Pro/Fat)
    12:30pm

    180g Tuna in oil
    2 tbls Mayonaise
    1cup Vege
    0.5cup Macadania nuts


    Meal 3 (Carb/Pro)
    4pm

    180g Tuna in water
    420g Baked beans
    4cup Salad


    Meal 4 (Carb/Pro) Pre Work Out
    7pm

    200g Chicken breast
    1cup Oats
    30g Whey
    30g Waxy maize

    Train 8pm-9:30 (90 mins)


    Meal 5 (Carb/Pro) Post Work Out
    9:30pm

    60 g Whey
    60 g Waxy maize


    Meal 6 (Car/Pro)
    10:30pm

    250g Red meat
    0.5cup Sweet potato
    2cup Vege


    Meal 7 (Pro/Fat) Bedtime
    12:30am

    50 g Ham
    2 tbsp Cheese

    1st Comp

    Came 3rd out of 16 though did so suffering from pretty serious dehydration and or lack of oxygen. Had to actually go off stage at one point to drink some water in order to avoid passing out.
