Pics taken after almost year during which due to unfortunate circumstances my training and eating were poor in patches. I did the best I could considering the resources at my disposal (or lack of resources especially healthy and protein rich food) and leaned up at the end. Also took over a year off cycling.

Thanks guys, unsure whats changed with my skin. I did take moduretic at 1 stage and that certainly dried me out, also recently I started running Letro to prevent and reverse early stage gyno. Not so surprisingly that to has given me a very dry look. Lastly I've been using Melanotan 2 but that's actually said to thicken the skin... lol

well normally between 14 and 22 weeks, depending on whether r not I stay in cyuce when ditieng. I I do I lower my test dose to around 300 or 350mg pw and then j=use clen , t3, etc etc

(HCG ran trough out 200 to 250 iu twice a week)

then straight into dieting (6 weeks extended to 10ish due to gyno treatment)
test p 350mg pw
clen 80 - 140mcg pd
t3 - tapered up to 100mcg pd
anavar - 50mg some days
yohimvbine - (just at the end) 40mg pd

ghrp-6 100mcg * 1 to 4 times pd
cjc-1925 70mcg to 100mcg * 1 to 4 times pd
igf-1 50mcg to 100mcg

i aim for equal time off as on

Great info on the bulking cycle MIck - thanks.. must be the slin that makes it golden for you - what do you think? otherwise seems like a pretty average cycle. Great the way your body responds to it! props for the hard work!

No doubt the slin helps, but test and tren alone do wonders, i think the peptides also played a role this time round, at least in terms of joint health and lower bf% but suspect also in over all muscularity and the improvements in my chest/hamstrings. I hope that my my honest cycle descriptions are of some use to others

was 88kg in the pics uploaded last bf a bit higher than it is currently sitting at. I havent taken in current pics, will take some on comp day I guess
I don't always record all macros though I sometimes use excel to plot my diets out. When bulking I fidn that I get by pretty well just eating as much as I can in accordance to general guidelines.

Some rough early pics from my comp
Approx 83kg
1st Comp
Came 3rd out of 16 though did so suffering from pretty serious dehydration and or lack of oxygen. Had to actually go off stage at one point to drink some water in order to avoid passing out.Last edited by mick86; 03-12-2011 at 09:41 AM.
