Pics of me and new cycle help!!
Whatsup fellas? I know that I am new to the boards as a member but I have been lurking around for about 2 years reading up and researching. I feel as if I am ready to make the leap to my first cycle. My stats are as follows:
6"4
295lbs
bf?
bench-450
squat-550
clean-365
Dont really know any measurements or anything like that. I just look in the mirror and look to see if I am growing haha. Anyhow I play college football as a DT for a major D-1 school and I am looking for a huge summer cycle going into my senior year. Here is what I have after all my research
Test Prop-700 mgs/week 1-12
Primo-500mgs/week 1-12
winstrol -50 mgs/day 1-7
Pct is proper and planned out- I have letro, clomid, nolva and all that jazz on hand incase of gyno flair up. I am really looking to gain about 10-15 lbs of solid muscle and add to my speed and strenght. Let me know what you all think and be honest and critical. I am always struggling with image issues but who isnt!

It's prob not a good idea to post pics showing your face and talking about juicing if you play D-1 football. U never know, maybe the OL from your arch-rival posts here too.

no offense but i have a hard time believing ur natty. especially as a football player. and that cycle u have planned isnt really a beginner cycle neither. but if u are thats great. u look real big. abs could use a lil work. cycle looks good imo, not what i would use a first but it looks good. and welcome to the site

Thanks for all the responses guys. I agree that the abs could use some work. I have a hard time keeping a low enough bf to make them shine. I am 22 years old by the way. I have not cycled at all yet and the reason I have chosen the chemicals that I have is because after all my research I think those are going to give me the gains that I am looking for.

soccer- i cant be natty because i am "built"? I have been playing football for about 8 years and lifting the right way for the last 4 and a half. I appreciate the criticism though and I take it as a compliment that you think i have!

Edit* id personally do the winny weeks 5-12 rather than 1-7.. just to harden up the gains at the end.

ha ha - well check out the member 'perfectbeast' on here, he had a great avvy of himself in a xmas hat... (also check out the guys diet advice, he has some threads in the diet section, really is 2nd to none advice)
i notice in ya 2nd pic ya might be prone to a bit of male pattern baldness...

Quick question about my cycle. Would I be alright with sticking my primo in the same pin as my prop on MWF instead of taking 2 seperate ones on those 3 days? Thanks in advance

Ok fellas here is my diet. Critique away but be nice haha
Meal 1:
Eggs 6 Whites 1 Yoke
3 servings oatmeal
25g protein from Whey with 2% milk
Meal 2:
Brown rice/Bean Combo(50grams Carbs)
8oz Chicken breast
Meal3:
50g Carbs from Yams
1 can of tuna on whole grain bread
Meal4:
50grams Carbs Brown rice/bean combo
8oz Chicken breast
PWO:
1 Banana/Rice Cake
50g protein from Whey
Meal 5- 30-45 Minutes after PWO nutrition
50g Carbs Brown rice/Bean combo
1 can of tuna on whole grain bread
Meal 6
8oz chicken breast
1 serving of cheese/yogurt
Bed time snack
1 serving of Natural peanut butter
ALSO:
Unsalted walnuts and almonds snacked on during the day
Also sometimes a protein bar was snacked on throughout the day
Also I interchange Rice/Bean combo with yams every other day
I really do not eat much of any red meat

I dont think you should give two shits about what your abs look like. You should be training to improve your athletic abilities. Body Building and Athletic training are not necessarily the same thing. You want to be a better athlete not a better weight lifter. Plus being on the line I doubt that your coaches will let you eat the way you want for the abs to come through. LOL
BTW you have an impressive build, good job.

Oh and one other thing bro... on your cycle I would suggest this especially as a football player..
Cyp 250mg Twice a week 1-12
Primo 75mg ED week 1-12
Nolva 10mg ED week 1-11 20mg week 12-16
Aromasin 20mg ED Week 12-14
Forget the winni for your first cycle.... and you might not want to start with prop as it could be very annoying if your react to it harshly
