You got a lot of extra stuff around the middle. Looks more like 18 to me.

I think around 20% would be close. But, it is much easier in my mind to lose a little fat than to gain muscle. Work on your diet a bit and you will cut up well.
    Good Luck.

have no clue how people would guess bf % by just looking at pictures lol,i guess you got experience. Plus you need a lot of pictures from diff angles and stuff. People just post upper body pics too.

Well, it is like you said, a guess.
For me anyways, I have been through a variety of stages from about 7% at my lowest to about 25% at my worst. I also use to measure myself through the process and remember what I looked like at various points.

Of course this is not accurate for everyone, but when I see someone, I feel comfortable making a guess. I could be wrong, but people asking a question simply want an informed guess.

Have you ever stood on a scale that measures BF%? Did you ever compare that to a hand held model immediately after? They are rarely the same. Third, you can then try the calipers. These also offer different readings and seem less accurate the thinner you are. Then you can do the submersion method in a tank. This is probably the most accurate and the biggest hassle.

The easiest way is to start a thread and let us all take a go at you.

    My diet is:

    5am: 6 eggwhites, 1 banana, vitamins

    6am-7am gym (weights)

    7am: 42g protein shot 1 chicken breast

    9am: 2 cans of tuna

    10:30am: 1can of tuna 1 banana

    11am-12pm: Gym (cardio)

    12pm: 1 pouch of salmon

    2pm: 1 can of tuna

4pm: 2 chicken breasts cup of milk

    6pm: 1 steak 1 cup of milk

8pm: 6 egg white shake mixed with strawberrys and milk or pouch of salmon

    9pm-4:30am: Vitamins then sleep

I mix in flaxseed oil, fish oil, and calcium throughout the day.

This has been my routine for all of the past week. I havent ate this clean before just started last week and it seems to be working. Plus My gear may be kicking in 2 and half weeks into test cyp 400mgs/week frontloaded.

why would you do weights then cardio? It does not make sense. I'd do cardio on empty stomach then weights after once you eat more and i'd put some carbs before you do weights.

Also damn you eat a lot of tuna lol

I like to run on an empty stomach also, but in the afternoon I have more energy and am able to run faster and longer. Tuna is good and easy I bring it to work with me )

Ya but use your energy on weights. I always do 15min sprints with 15 min jogging in the morning, that is around 560-600 calories. Then after i eat my stuff till weights, I get loads of energy to lift very heavy. Plus I'd suggest throwing in some carbs in morning like oatmeal. How many grams of protein and carbs (barely any I see) a day you consume?

After I run Im tired for the rest of the day so doing weights after that doesnt work as good for me. I tried it before and every now and then I will switch it up. But everyone is different. My carbs in the morning are from a banana before and after each workout. Im trying to stay low on carbs because I am semi cutting/leaning.

    5am: 6 eggwhites, 1 banana, vitamins (36G of protein)

    6am-7am gym (weights)

7am: 42g protein shot 1 chicken breast (72G of protein)

9am: 2 cans of tuna (44G of protein)

    10:30am: 1can of tuna 1 banana (22G of protein)

    11am-12pm: Gym (cardio)

12pm: 1 pouch of salmon (42G of protein)

2pm: 1 can of tuna (21G of protein)

4pm: 2 chicken breasts cup of milk (70G protein)

6pm: 1 steak 1 cup of milk (36G of protein)

8pm: 6 egg white shake mixed with strawberrys and milk or pouch of salmon (42G of protein)

    9pm-4:30am: Vitamins then sleep

Thats 385G of protein total throughout my normal day. To me that is enough. My carbs are pretty low I know and sometimes I will eat rice cakes to compensate but like I said I am trying to cut some fat.

    semi cutting lol

Man eating some carbs won't hurt. It's essential for the body. I am not good on diets so I will let others comment. My diet is not that great, you got a nice one going but very very limited on carbs. Banana won't give you enough carbs imo. At least eat a cup of oatmeal in the morning.

I say semi cutting because there is no way I could endure the diet of a true cutting diet. Semi cut and mostly lean diet for me. Bananas have 51G of carbs per serving. 2 of those a day plus a mix of strawberries and carbs from the other foods I eat are enough for me.
