    I think i can see some improvement in my arms

    Sust and deca .
    this is my sec cycle. First cycle i did last year and gained a lot just doing 250 test and 300 deca every 5 days.
    Im on my 4th week on my second cycle doing same. But i am going to switch sust every 3 days...
