plz guess my BF
this is me 5'9 190 20yrs old im a fatty i know id like to get down there to like 6-8 like who wouldnt though lol im preety sure i dont have gyno im its sure its just all the fat uh but it could be from smokin pot during puberty if it is i really think its just im a chubby lol last pic im flexin

i actaully used to be alot smaller i went from 157 to 207 i was 17 in juvinile hall and i thought i was going to prison so i did 1500 push ups everyday and ate tons and tons of food and i went up to 207 i was strong and big and the doc said the marks were from getting to big to fast but i didnt care i also thing i might have been more prone to them also. i dunno though

15%. a good way to tell wel atleast what i do. is if they have abs 12-13% and if you look at it that way things are easy

I'd say 16%. Do you like cardio? That incorporated with sensible diet and workout plan would yield the results without gear. If you go at it 100% you could really get to 10% in a relatively short period...imo. 6% is unrealistic for the time being, in the the personal training class i took they said to make SMART goals (Specific Measurable Attainable Reasonable and the "t" i forget; something to do with timing or a timeframe of the goal.) Place a statement on the wall that says what your commitment is and look at it everyday and it will motivate you to achieve the goal.

thanks for the info guys yeah 6% is unrealistic but imean in like a years time thatd be awsome 10% man that would be great id be so happy, do u have any tips for losing only fat i really dont want to lose my hard earned muscle i did cardio today i did my longest time ever 45 mins after weights and b4 cardio i had a pwo shake. i bought some glutamine because i heard when you do AM cardio on an empty stomach it helps your body not to catabolize,because im starting the am cardio to lose fat extra fast im only going to do it at 65-70% of max HR so it aerobic not anaerobic there for should burn only fat not muscle, from what i understand

I would do cardio separately from any weight lifting. To avoid a canabolistic muscle state. Yes try no to get to the anerobic state when doing cardio and stay in the fat burning zone. Imo, cardio for 30 mins 3-4 times a week. For a BB, hour long cardio eats muscle and is not what you should do.
As for diet, limit fat intake. Try to have poly and mono triglycerides and cut the sat fat. Also, stay away from the partially hydrogenated oils. Avocado, nuts, olive oil are good fats in moderation.
Try to eliminate simple carbs. Go for as much complex carbs as possible. ie: whole wheat bread, rolled oats, whole wheat pasta, and one of my favs, sweet potatos.

the sat fat is in coconut oil and i think flax oil should i jsut use olive

Im gonna go with 17% - 20%...I think 12% - 15% is too generous just by looking at the stomach pic alone...IMHO
On a side note, I asked one of the trainers at the gym (NYSC, sorry but please refrain from the comments) for a BF measurement and he takes out this thing that looks like the LCD screen with the heart rate handles from the treadmill. I saw the leather case with the REAL calipers, but I guess he was just lazy...I asked if he can use the calipers and he said they don't do that anymore...OK, so I'm like whatever. I didn't trust the number he gave me either from the thingy that looked like a treadmill heart rate monitor.
Anyways, how accurate can those batter operated things be?? Without pinching the skinfolds??

heres new pic of me end of day after a meal 1st pic unflexed ,back pic slightly i had a camera phone so sorry about the quality im jsut wondering my BF now because i want a 6pack i am now bumping cardio to twice a day and i have learned more about diet.and i ordered lipoflame so i will be keeping a log
so whadaya think of my progress so far? im down to 180 and all my lifts are going up no losses!!!

either way you look better.. Your on the right track... your around 15% now I would say, thats very good I would have said you where close to 20 on your first pics.

I'd put you just under 18% or thereabout. (16-18% based on what i can see)
