Just real quick. Can someone Tell me why Last night I looked so freaking sick I had to take a pic?
Diet Yesterday was.
BF: 1 cup of Fiber One
1.5 Cup of Oatmeal
1 scoop of Whey.
Lunch:
3 chicken Thighs
Crystal Light.
Sipped On some whey while I worked out.
Dinner:
4 Chicken Thighs.
Some Whey for dessert.
1.5 cup of Veggie Beans (1 gram of C and 13 grams of protein per serving, on and 7 Grams of Fat)
Later on in the Night.
2 scoops of Whey and 32 Peanuts.
Totals somewhere are 230P, less than 100C and about 50F.

Hey man - looking good - terrific progress - re diet - you should go for the chicken breast not thighs and get your fat from flaxseed or olive oil. Now go lift some weights!

throwing in legs does alot for your upper body. I didn't think it was true till I started doing legs, it makes you stronger/bigger.

100% agree
i weight lifted for like 3 years before i really started training legs every week
before that i would train them once every few months. and say ah whatever.
but since ive been hittin em hard my whole body has changed. lifts are up. weight is up. everything is built off the legs

its me and my wife's She loves towels. And I have done both Injectables and orals of winny.
Injectables- They deff hurt, a little more than Test E , Its comparable to Masteron (however winny hurts more)
Orals - No pain! 75mgs for 6 weeks.

WRONG!!! Winstrol first makes your body loss all "extra" water retention at the same time buring fat. Water weight loss can have a HUGE effect on a way a person looks ask any pregnant woman with swollen ankles its the same sh@@#. i cant stand people who talk about what they dont know. please research more before you speak.

Since we are talking about things we cant stand. I cant stand people who cant express their opinion without coming off like a jack a$$. Talking down to members of this board is not going to impress anyone here regardless if you 1 or 50,000 posts. You sound like you have a lil bit of knowledge and used to have a decent build. People around here will be a lot more receptive to what you have to offer once you lose your attitude.

How have those legs been treatin you? Still sore? lol
Here's a good start for you if you haven't found a leg routine yet.
I like a 12/10/8 format on each exercise always ending with failure. Make sure you look up good form on each of these, you can get hurt pretty bad doing squats improperly.
Squats 3 sets
leg press 3 sets
leg curls/lunges 3 sets
leg extensions 3 sets
calves 5-8 sets (Standing/seated)
