My pics
About 6 months ago i decided it was time to change my look and stop being lazy...Ive always been pretty athletic played football through high school and when I graduated in 2004 I became very lazy...Here are some pics of me from 6 moths ago to present...
6 months ago- height-5.5 weight-143

The 200 grams im talking about is from protein drinks and bars.. that doesn't include the protein from my diet...
I try to eat like 5-6 times a day
morning-7am-protein drink first wake up 60g
830am-4eggs/wheat toast cup of almonds
1030am-protein bar 28g
Lunch-1pm- 4 chicken strips brown rice cup of almonds
3pm- Tuna package 3.0oz 18g or protein bar 28g
dinner-5pm- 2 chicken breast,green beans,salad
630pm-protein drink 60g
730pm-GYM
930pm-protein drink 60g
1045pm BED thank god
And thats pretty much a full day for me changing up the chicken for fish,steak,or turkey
***exact protein from drinks and or bars= 236g then what ever im getting from food

Far to many protein drinks and bars,the bars will be full of sugar and your not eating anywhere near enough. When you look at that diet your only eating 3 meals.

I only do 3 protein drinks with 0ne protein bar i only do the 2 protein bars if i don't have any tuna on hand.. Protein drink 1 morning and before and after workout. Thats what was told to me by a trainer at the gym. He told me to count the protein drinks as a meal considering thier 60g and 900 calories

I would add another meal between 8:30 and 1:00 also another meal between 1:00 and 5:00. You need more carbs here aswell. You also need a good pwo meal, just a protein shake isnt good, you need carbs here aswell. If i was you id have a good look in the diet forum, you will get much more help there. Dont be put off bro your gains thus far are great...
