To let everyone know, I just received my new camcorder in the mail. My first film will be of me going in depth about Slingshot Training. I'ts a lot too read so I will make it very simple by laying it out in words. I will post a link to the video on the first page in the Slingshot Training thread ilocated in our workout section.

Again, I am here to share with others what I have learned throughout my career. I think putting out a film will be the way to go for most. Who knows-we may have NARK (I SPELLED IT RIGHT THIS TIME!) doing Slingshot before all is said and done...

George, you're doing good bro. Good luck in competition. Ronnie, you da man. I'll wait for the video before I start your SLS, i've been reading it but i'm a little slow, maybe the video will give me a better understanding.

I'm making great progress now, but I can smell a plateau on the rise

my stats now are approximately 185lbs, 5'6.5'', 18in arms, 25in thighs, 33in waist, 46in chest, 50in shoulders, 16in calves. the time frame between the sets of pictures was from november 07 to september or october 08, so a little under a year. in my before pics i was about 155 and 15in arms, 21in thighs, 30in waist, 40in chest, i didnt measure shoulders at the time, and calves were 14.5in.

Hey dude - that is awsome that you've made such progress! major props, dude (also to Ronnie) Also impressive that you are doing it natty - don't even think of doing any AAS til you're 21 - you clearly have what it takes (genetics and dedication) to go far w/o them in the near term!

Stay strong dude & good luck w/ yor prep!
