Looking great!! Wow, and a guy who has got his posing down as well! One slight recommendation would be to drop your elbows a bit on your back double bi. Your making your waist look longer than it is and its taking away from that great width you have in your back. Wheels are fantastic. What class?

I am now 190lb, 5'9", bf is 4%
still holding a little water from test e. I just switched over to test p.
I am going to compete in class level c, weight class 200lb.
class ranking levels are ranked here like this:
class C (this is the lowest level. You have to start here.)
class B (If you win a C competition in your weight class, you can participate with a B competition next time)
class A (If you win a B competition in your weight class, you can participate with a A competition next time, A class is the highest level of national competition. Kinda semi-pro level)
Now when you win your weight class in A. You get selected to compete in international amature competitions. Like Amature Arnold Classic for example. When you win a international competition (i guess you are pro then) you can move on to a higher competition and get classified and move your way up till you finaly hit the olympia stage hehe.

Must not be NPC sanctioned, never heard of those classes. Also, no offense but you are still a ways away from 4% bodyfat. You should do very well.

I would say around 7-8 you look great though.

Looking pretty decent mate... Flat as hell however.
You're low-carbing at present I assume?
Also... Class C? You're in Canada?

Oh yea stop comparing yourself to other bodybuilders cause your physique will go to hell if you don't start taking action and start analyzing yourself.

Don't worry about it... you're in a good place.
Be careful not to fall behind however.
Very cool.
I should be prepping some UK-based competitors later this year.
From what I've heard, the scene there is VERY competitive.
I wish you the best of luck mate.

Hey t-man;
Can't add much that hasn't been said - you look like youre in great shape for 5 weeks out. Your teardrops on the wheels are fukkin amazing! - shoulders look tonk as well and calves are great - I am sure you won't look flat when you get your tan on and some good lighting!
Good luck bro!!! Major props for the excellent conditioning!
