    Need some critic.

    I am 18, 5.9, 130-135 lbs.
    My grow plates are still open, so hopefully my "frame" will get bigger.
    All advice is appreciated.

    Lift, Eat, Sleep repeat... You add another 35-45 pounds over the next 5 years you are going to have a really nice look.

    Ya bro go to the diet section and get on a nice lean bulk. Eat as much as you can and you should DEFINITELY be able to get up over 180 within the next 2 or 3 years.
