yo that last picture you posted at 214 is by far amazing what a change bro. how did bike week go did you treat your self to some dirty food,if so I bet you will look great a couple days back into your diet.
well im back to work so I just broke out the food processor yesterday it works great for the week of food.
the last pitcher you just posted should be a sticky for all you need to diet for a week plain and simple!

Thanks bud, This is the most work I ever put in. Its starting to get easy. Bike week was great. A couple years ago I would had to do gaggers and chase hookers to have a good time. Now my life is so diffrent a couple vodka on the rocks and 2 dozen chicken wings is a wild time for me. Every sunday I buy 10lbs chicken 10 lbs yams and pre make all them meals. The less cooking I have to do during the week the better. The food processor just makes it easy to pack it all away.

Its normal to feel smaller when dieting.
Many people Believe that they are Muscular, When in fact they are fat and Bloated from water retention.
Too much bodyfat is not a good thing to the body.
When you Remove ALL THE FAT from the body and all you have left is muscle Sure you will look smaller in clothes, But When in Tank top or When in T-shirt, Jaws will drop to the floor and people will keep Staring at you.
Remember Muscle is Very Dense and WEIGHT MORE THAN FAT.
Fat is Ligther Than muscle BUT TAKE MORE SPACE.
Thats why someone Can be Fat ANd look Bigger in Clothes but in fact is Weigthing less.
Trust me, Low Bodyfat + Muscle mass Is WAYYYYYYYYYYY more Impressive to look at than someone been 20-25% Bodyfat and bloated.
Keep Going bro, Dont give up, Even if that means dropping below 200, Dont Be Scared, The more Fat you Remove, The better you will look, Trust me keep going, You will look Healtier,younger, MORE MUSCULAR.
Just for shit and Giggles, Im currently 168 LBS , Ive been as high as 213-215 , Im 5.11.
Last week one guy in the Locker of the gym who is 6.0 around 210-208 with a low bodyfat Probally around 10% , look at me and said Man you look great, Nice physique.
LOL its funny how low bodyfat make ALL THE DIFFERENCE, and i mean shit i was only 168.

Well said, It took me along time to realize but I argee 100%. I have been 255lbs and fat as shit.. I thought I looked good at the time. Now its all about lean and mean. Im just going to spend the rest of my days dialing everything in. Thank you

Thanks for all the support guys, I will continue to post pictures of my journey. I went to see my doctor yesterday and he was very pleased with my change. I used to go in there all bloated and backacned up. After I cleaned up my gear,my diet and my cardio everything got better even my horrible skin.

Here is a few pics from this weekend, 218LBs. Im pretty excited I opened a little hole in the wall gym in the inner city to mentor youth and this was my first training session up in there. It was cool to pick my music and rip my shirt off for a few sets at the end of my workout. The place is RAW.

Well, A whole bunch. Well I took a good break 18 moths ago and got the wife knocked up. Over the last 18 months I have only been off about 60 days. I might come down to a real low dose for a couple months then back up for a couple months but pretty much never OFF. Flame away. A high dose for me would be like 900mg of test e with 450mg TriTren and a lower dose for me might be like 250-350mg of a blend like sustanon . When july hits I plan on a good 90days off but just the idea of it makes me chringe a bit. I have never really had any horrible sides, I got a bit of gyno in my right nipple but I got that my second cycle. It never grows just sometimes its sencitive and sometimes its not. The leaner I get the less noticable it is. I am loosing my hair but Im pretty sure that would have happened anyway. Since I know dozens of big dudes on the same program Im suprised more guys dont come clean with thier real usage on these boards. Everyone is all 8 weeks on and PCT 8 weeks off (they are full of shit). In thier defence if I gave my body the proper time to get my receptors right I would get better results. There is a fine line of use and abuse. For me I just never really knew where to draw the line in the sand. I was never limited by supply or the abilty to afford it so before I get beat up to bad if suppy and finances did not restrict your use how much would you take?

ill come clean but not in your thread! I feel the same way you do there is alot more guys doing it the way we are than not,I to have not had the sides and you no what I take and I still have my hair its going to go just when is the ?. my bro has done 1 cycle 5 years ago and is now losing his hair ive been on strait for two and got all mine so it is what it is.
you have made amazing changes too your body up and down I think its great! your only as big as you want to be I think you've proved that.

That gym looks killer. Do you know how much more i would rather workout there than at my gym with a bunch of douche-bags that are trying to do downward dog on a couple of medicine balls...christ.
