    First cycle suggestions

    Age -25
    Height -5'11"
    Weight -187
    Training- 1 hours boxing-cardio, 1 hours weights mon-fri.
    BMI - 25%

    Wk 1-12 Test e 500mg wk - Mon - Thursday shots
    Wk 8-13 Winstrol 50mg ED
    Starting pct 3 days after last dose of winstrol using nolvadex , 20mg ED for 2 weeks Followed by 10mg ED for 3 more weeks.I will be running arimidex at .25mg E3D while on cycle to keep estrogen sides down.

    Should i keep running the Arimidex throughout PCT or just discontinue use once PCT begins.

    I am just trying to get all the info i need before beggining, i still need to get my diet fully in check before starting. i have been reading the diet threads just need to find one that i can do and maintain, also what kind of supplements should i be taking alone side of this.. i have now Milk thistle, liver flush, ***** 3-6-9 fish oil, liquid multivitamin.

    How much protein and glutamine should i be taking for my size.. is it 3g for every pound of body weight for protein?

    And is it ok that i work construstion 8 hours a day?
