    Vommit warning, disgusting B & A

    you've been warned...

this is some aweful shit I know, how someone lets himself go like this. Anyways, hopefully it will encourage people to start their own recovery to a healthier lifestyle. First pic is January 1/09 @ 235lbs, 5'10, the 2nd one is this morning @ 201.

This place is an awesome source for so much info.

To those who dont think their goals are attainable, just take things day by day, no miracle drugs exsist.

I really appreciate the comments guys, but I never should have let myself get like that, I was 195lbs 3 years ago with a flexed 6pack.

Knockout power works in the same office I do and he got me addicted to this site. He works me hard at the gym too so Im glad I had someone to push me. Another 10lbs and I will be where I want to be

I must have spent 100 hours on here reading about diet and workouts. You guys know so much stuff and most are more than happy to give help. Lots of great guys on here.

I have been changing up the diet every 5-6 weeks, but an average day would look something like this

    7am
3 eggs, 3 egg whites scrambled
    ½ cup of oatmeal

    10am
protein shake in a blender with
    - cup skim milk
    -½ cup water
    -½ cup oats
    -½ frozen strawberries
-1 cup frozen veggies (usually brocolli)

    12:30
    one of the following
    -can of tuna
    -basa fillet
    -talapia fillet

    & 1 cup veggies

    2:30
    3oz chicken breast
small shake, same as above without the oats

    4:30 Workout

    6pm
PWO banana or premade oats with some protein powder in them

    7-7:30pm
    6oz chicken breast
    1 cup cooked veggies
½ cup rice (every 2nd day)

    10pm
casein shake 30 mins before bed

Its not perfect, but it keeps me feeling pretty good.

    Any guesses on BF %?

As far as training, Knockout sets my routines according to his. Its 5 days a week focusing on 1 or 2 at max areas per day for 45-55 mins then 45-60 mins of cardio or 25 minutes of pretty intense bag work. Sometimes Im more sore from holding the bag when he hits it than any cardio session.

    nothing special really,

    Vitamin C,D,E
    Magnesium
    Glutamine
***** 3 gel caps (on top of lots of fish and flax)

On top of these, I buy a good protein powder. Right now Im using the Optimum Nutritien 100% and the Casein for before bed.

oh, and a great starting point for new guys trying to track their diet is with fitday.com

I gives you a pretty close guideline as to what you have to eat to reach certain calorie intake. After about 2 months of tracking, you can pretty much do it on your own, but I would definately recommend it cause missing a meal or certain intake of your required daily P/C/F can really slow your gains whether it be muscle gain or fat loss.

Im not an expert on this stuff, but its a good place to start. Much of what I did I learned from reading in the diet section

Great job bro, and it is 100% believable, with hard work and a good diet wich it seems he has why not? I am on that track myself. I was disgusted with myself and in around a month lost 12 lbs and 2 and a half inches off my waist line and moving forward everyday...KEEP IT UP MAN
