Well, I'll take this as a compliment if its that astounding. I didnt do anything spectacular aside from letting myself turn into that sack of fat. I was 170lbs 5 years ago. By the latest numbers, I only put on 8lbs of lean body mass during almost 6 months. Nothing special there.

I use to box years ago and I was always in decent shape till my mid 20's. All of a sudden, I looked in the mirror over Xmas holidays and almost cried. I had bigger t i t s then most the women Ive dated.
Anyways, I work along side another member on here (knockout power) and he pointed me to this site and told me to read everything I could and when I had some questions, go and re-read till I got it. Then he put me on a routine and I started at the same gym as him.
As for calories, I was around 2100 to 2500 depending on the week and intensity of the training.

Update
well, roughly 6 more weeks of training and diet and this is where I got myself. Im not sure how accurate the electronic Bodycomp test was but it has been really consistant over my weight loss. It said 10% right on the dot. I was aiming for single digits before I left on vacation, but I think I did enough for myself. I will continue my quest for single digits, but for now I am taking a couple weeks to eat and train a little less vigorous so I can let my body stabalize after 7 months.
Thanx for all the previous comments boys, it really helped during that laast 6 weeks of cutting down to 192lbs.

Great job bro, and it is 100% believable, with hard work and a good diet wich it seems he has why not? I am on that track myself. I was disgusted with myself and in around a month lost 12 lbs and 2 and a half inches off my waist line and moving forward everyday...KEEP IT UP MAN
