BTW - are you a cook in a restaurant? - That is uber hard to diet, if so. nice ink too - I just got my first arm piece and eventually want to sweep up the shoulder and down the chest like yours. very cool! - Whats your age?Did u do a ton of cardio?

Guess that's a "yes" - Nark I heard that the bike is the best for fat burning - that true in your experience? Also if i do cardio for fat burning - I'm supposed to keep my heart rate down around 120? (I'm 50 yrs young) That seems too easy but i def want to burn fat not muscle.
Thanks man!

I think it's relative really.
I stick to the bike personally because it's maintainable... particularly when I'm doing a high-volume cardio phase.
I had Slm use a variety of stuff though. People who spend a lot of time sitting shouldn't depend on bikes for cardio. Sitting for extended periods of time habitually, shortens the hip flexors... biking can exacerbate this, contributing to injury.
We actually don't measure heart rate, but rather go on perceived exertion.

wow...
i got a Q
do u have simple carbs right after ur wrkout in order to spike insulin ..??
my diet look great right now.. but im makin small adjustments. i kno sum ppl have simple carbs as part of their pwo shake or with their pwo shake.
just wondering who does it?
lookin really good.. REAL GOOD!

Unreal !!!!!
-
Slm asked that I update the comparison... so let me do that now:
I've lost track of the number of dietary phases we've gone through... but believe me when I say that NONE of it has been easy.
We fought for the leg growth that you see here, even while he was cutting heavily (Which we did first)..
No simple carbs are consumed PWO.
Heck, at one point, I had Slm consume no carbs PWO at all... 'cept veggies.
His diet is always changing.
Thanks.
We're going into the bulking phase now... So hopefully we can add another 20 lbs by the end of the year before we dial back again for the cutter.
