    From Fat to fit

    Here is my 11 week transformation now that I have leaned out now it is time to add some mass

    Lost 11 lbs and look bigger. Funny how that works when you do things right. Just dont go crazy with a bulker and ruin all that hard work. Judging by the trailer at the bottom of the pic I dont think that will be happening.

    Nice work bro.

    Yeah those results are easily done with diet. I make resuslts like that every summer. People actually think im lying with the pictures i post. But theyre easily done if your strict with your diet.
