I am around your frame size from waist to chest and quadriceps etc. Well I'll also be doing my first cycle for lean muscle mass and strip the fat away to have a look like you. Its a 10 week cycle. The roids im using are, sustanon , winstrol and equipoise . I also need tips while cutting up that will help me a lot.

In a cutting up process, how should I divide calories, proteins and carbs?
