Actually, I don't know why the laugh in regards to AAS, as ever since my surgery on June 20th of 2K3, I have been forced to be natural. Tendons/ligaments have to heal, and the use of AAS while the body is repairing from such a horrific injury, is not a bright idea. At the advice of my very good surgeon, I agreed. If you are asking if I've used gear in the past, yeah I have, I won't boldface lie like others will claiming to be natural all their life. I must say, for being natural now, I really don't look any different! If anything, I have more clarity in muscle definition and my body is leaner all over w/out having to drop excess water to see those same details. I credit lifting my ass off for 7 years before touchin' anything for the ability to look the same, as the foundation was there and was solidified. A huge key for all the youngsters wanting to put the cart before the horse to "hurry and get big". Newsflash, when you are forced to be natural because either your supply dried up, or you experience an injury like I did, you'll be very happy you put in your work for many years before touchin' juice. You'll be able to stay the same person, not deflate and be a mere shadow of your former self. Not what fitness is about.

I will have updated pics soon, yes. I would say a month or so as I have a situational portfolio I've to prepare to send to a few locations in S.F. and the Los Angeles area. Not bodybuilding poses in posing trunks as has been the norm for me, pics in diff. settings, themes, clothing, etc.

    I thank you for asking!

You had knee surgery right? How is that healing? Are you able to train legs like you used to?

Yeah bro, I had both knees operated on to re-attach the patellar tendons. Ruptured both of them completely (hence rupture, lol) off the knee-cap. So basically my lower legs were "detached" from my upper legs. Horrific feeling when your legs fold back on you and you are unable to control them. Needless to say, my basketball days are OVER! However, being that the day after this accident was my leg day, it could have been far worse! (Paralyzed, death, etc.)

I'm about 50%......still can't run but I anticipate being able to jog in about a month to 2 months. I can do leg presses and extensions and smith machine squats/sissy squats, but all at about 1/2 of normal total weight. Example, I do the leg press w/500 lbs. for about 15-20 nice slow and controlled reps. So, I could push a lot more muscle wise, but that's about the limit on the total amount of weight that can be transfered THROUGH the tendon at this time. Same w/all leg movements, except for hams, those are fine.

Very slow process! Leg size has come back because of the high reps and them responding through muscle memory (comes back quickly), EMS machine, Ultrasonic Massager, and ice therapy. Thanks for asking bro......
