Hard work is how, I honestly had the impression that gear would just work like magic for some reason and minimal effort would swell you up and cut you up. I have further tweaked my diet, gotten into a different workout doing push pull split, and keep pushing myself in the gym.

Been off the gear since 8-1-09 and im still moving up in liftable weight, and also i havent lost a single pound, im actually up 2 more lbs.

1RM bench when I started was 135 and ive been off the gear for a month and put up 235 2x just this week. Im not slacking at all since ive stopped pinning, because I know if I do ill lose it all. Going to work hard until december and think of another possible cycle then.

Why would you think about another cycle in December? You don't need a cycle AT ALL. You need to keep training naturally. Everyone wants to see results appear before their eyes however your going to seriously hurt yourself for the future if you keep doing cycle after cycle.

Besides the fact that you had no base to do a cycle on - it's obvious by your comments that your already planning on doing another one. Your body is stronger than any AAS could ever be. DO NOT DO ANOTHER CYCLE!

    IMO. YOUR FUTURE:

GIRL (to friend): "Yummmmm, he's at a low 16% BF after his third cycle, I can barely see his gut... I want me some of that..."
YOU (over-hearing): "Sorry ladies - my second cycle also... well... let's just say there were some side effects.... fukc."

Point well made but I have to disagree on a couple things. I perfer to train natural but the facts are that im not 18 and dont have the energy level to train hard enough to really make the progress I want. You may disagree but Ive been living in this body 29.5 years and I know how I feel, and what im capable of better than anyone who is not me. Naturally I have no energy on a daily basis, dont sleep well at night and work 12 hour shifts...my normal test level is 210 (had it checked before and after cycle) that is the BARE minimum allowed within the normal range.

Basically my test for my age is low and I have a hard time having much left over on a daily basis to train. Taking my small levels of test worked me through my fatigue and had energy left over to hit the gym.

your going to seriously hurt yourself for the future if you keep doing cycle after cycle
How so? Do you mean my endocrine system or my physical body? My first cycle was very mild, test levels never got above 1300 (1260 + 1285 on the 2 blood level checks, 200-800 is normal) If you mean endocrine system then I would also disagree because I have not and do not plan to get into any multi-aas cycles, nor take more than the required doses, nor take it longer than I am supposed to. I have Nolva, Clomid, Aromasin all being taken correctly for PCT and am taking the correct amount off between cycles, 16 weeks (cycle time + PCT time off) This may not be the preferred way to get larger but I dont think its doing me any harm when followed as directed.

it's obvious by your comments that your already planning on doing another one. Your body is stronger than any AAS could ever be
I have it planned for december yes...will I take it come december, well honestly I cant say, it depends on where I feel im at and how ive progressed in 4 months off cycle. If im still not losing weight and still getting stronger than YES I will wait and not get back on. If I feel im plateau'd or something due to energy or fatigue, I may consider it again yes.
    IMO. YOUR FUTURE:

Please argue these points as im totally open to conversation and other thoughts, I appreciate all the input so far but I just dont feel that while off test (and I felt this before I was ever on cycle) I will have the energy / drive to get where I want to be.

Think of a person taking cocaine and then cleaning their entire house, did they know how to clean when not on coke? Sure, did they have the motivation and energy to actually get up and do it? No

I felt like a slug for the last 4 years after my heart surgery, barely having energy to walk around, about week 4 of my first cycle, regardless of being in the gym or not, I felt better, happier and had 3x the energy I had ever had in the past. Its hard to go back to feeling tired

To the Op, im close to your age have a wife,2 kids, and 2 jobs! i have never taken steroids , ive built my base naturally,i plan on taking them but education on this stuff is what makes it work so well for you! IMHO you have skipped the major portion of lifting and went straight to the end. You cant build a skyscraper without a sound foundation! Why put your body through the chance of harm when you dont have too yet? Did you know that once someone starts to workout for the first time, the body goes through a transition mimicking steroids? Your body could be so much more than you ever thought without steroids!! Your gonna do what you want but i advice you educate yourself and let your body take you as far as it wants.....

lol i'd listen to everyones advice on this one, get more in touch with your natural limits before ever thinking about cycling again.

I went from benching 85 lbs for 3 sets of ten (yeah shitty genetics) to benching 225 for 3 sets of ten in a year naturally through a heavy bulk diet and lots of hard lifting.... naturally.

But hey, I actually support you. At 29 years old, you do not have 10 years to building a god-like body like a 19 year old kid does. 10 years from now you will be 39-40 years old. You are taking a calculated risk, just as someone might bluff in poker. It's all your choice.

while i defiantely think you're probably in the mid 20s of bodyfat you're still a bit more muscular in the second pic so overall i would say it was a wise choice regardless of the fact it wasn't need, it motivated you enough to workout and eat better which is a positive result in itself..if you're gonna take anymore drugs i'd recommend staying away from gear and maybe playing with either some ECA or clen while you jack up the cardio

Hey dude - nice work - you should be proud of your achievement! Natty of course is great but looks like you did this rite. Evereyone's body reacts diff to cycles so use yor head and watch your blood levels. It's easy to get blood tests (on line labs) - learn as much as you can, and take an active role in your own health. If you want kids you might consider getting some sperm frozen for future use if it's a long way off. That's the biggest possible downside IMO. (Of course if you go crazy w/ the juice you can screw up more than that, but I think you already know that.)
