    Talking marbar's road to recovery

after attemping a class that did't suitme I came down from a flabby 249lb's to 184lbs. All my mates told me I was to big boned to enter the classic and at 6'1" Id look stupid they were right. But this has left me with an opportunity what if I ate, and trained with clarity and intensity for a year following the advice of pros and people who get the prize constantly. What would happen? How quick would things improve. Some pictures .

A lot of room there for growth. Not a bad look... The skin on the lower stomach concerns me though.

    Anyway, Good luck.

Lookin great dude! nice separation on your quads. Just keep liftin! When you are happy with your BF go for a bulk and change your diet to feed the growth. At 40 you are a youngster - I made huge changes in my body in the last 2 years and I'm 50. More to come!

    Amount 2.5Kg
What is it? Milk, egg and whey Protein Powder
Whats good about it? Price, all essencial vitamins and amino acids. Also contains Soya Protein great for delivering arginine and contains glutamine.
    Whats bad about it?
hard to get hold of (apart from a local shop in my location). Has aspartame, and the taste is heavy with it. The strwberry is horrible!!
Overall Good gains with this product no hype it is what it says on the tub, 46.9g of protein with 42.2g of carbs. When on a budget fantastic used this now for 12 weeks. All lean mass.

that ok for mass?? no fat gains since on this..
