    Heres a couple of pictures I had my wife take today. I`m no expert on posing lol. I look forward to this hockey season for sure I`m 6'2 and 230lbs in these pics. Not sure on bf%.

    Yeah my camera is a piece of crap it resets the date everytime the battery is pulled. I can assure you they are from yesterday. Thanks for the comments, I think I can tweak my diet even more before cycling again in the new year.
