Natural Pic, Critques Please
6'0
178 pounds
Only have taken and currently take multi and protien
What do I need to work on and what looks good so far
Thanks and let me know what you think
Monday: Back
Tuesday: Chest
Wensday: Legs
Thursday: off
Friday: Shoulders
Saturday: Bi's and Tri's
Diet: 7:30am
5 egg white, 1 whole
1 slice of wheat toast
banna
10ish am
Protein Shake
1ish
Chicken Breast
1 cup of brown rice
Carrots and Broccli
3ish
Protein Shake
maybe some carrots
6ish
Same as lunch or might switch it up with tuna, lean turkey
Before bed:

You're off to a good start. You're naturally lean, so I'd suggest piling on some extra calories, and maybe even adding a meal or two. How long have you been lifting?

too many protein shakes , u should have better calorie intake. protein shakes are useless, use food as source of protein...
head to diet section and get your diet checked for your own good

Thanks, I have been training for about 2 1/2 years and i'm 20, so I definitly have a long way to go. I know I need to change up my diet, I can feel the difference when I eat more carbs in the gym. Do you guys have any sample diets for me that you would think that would work for my body? Or is their a Diet section? Also, yes, I would say my legs are a weak point but I am working on them but will post pics of quads and calves.

Maybe move your shoulders before the day off. you will be hitting your tri's on your shoulder day and then again the next day. need a day of rest.

Protein shakes are 100% useless hey Thailan?
I guess the BB industry has been going about it all wrong these past decades..
Protein shakes aren't a substitute for real food sources; however, they still serve there purpose, and are excellent upon waking, (middle of the night meal, etc.)

I understand where you are coming from but the guy made a statement I considered to be incorrect involving the OP's diet. I was just giving him a chance to elaborate more on his position and he choose to avoid it. I didnt mean to get into a sidebar conversation but if someone is going to tell the OP protein shakes are absolutely useless then I think that subject is fair game in the thread and does not constitute a hijack by any means.
