Give me a few months and I can show you a legit 210 at 10% is that good enough?? lol

I can only dream of ever putting on that much muscle... Some peoples bodies aren't meant to withstand the punishment from years of training and after just a few years off and on i'm starting to think I might be one of them. I do have a inner beast that wants to get that big but to be honest I think my bone structure is meant to be 210 or less.

Thank you, I was 41 in that pic, 42 now. Just typical back work, deads, weighted pull ups, bent over rows, seated cable rows, etc.

250lbs at 20% bodyfat AT BEST equates to 210@ 10% after a near perfect cutting diet.

I am not trying to be 10% though. 15% would be good for me. I am more into the strength gains, then stepping onstage. I want to enter into some amateur strongman shows when I am in my 30s. I get a personal high when I break my PRs in the gym, and that is what I am living for

Yeah you are right bro. The thread was made for the guys at 10%. I just wanted to have my little minute of fame. Sometimes I am jealous of all you genetic freaks and hard workers.... but then I just think about how much I love Papa Johns, and slow smoked pulled pork. I can never be as lean as you all, so I am accepting it. I just love eating

Im not trying to say I don't work hard, but us shorter guys have a bit of an advantage. It takes an enormous amount of muscle to fill out such a big frame like Big's. But, when you do, it's impressive as hell.

    Good job Big.

27 years, but many of them were spent training with bad form and worse diet. working out properly, around 10 years.

    !

If only we all knew what we were doing from day 1 of training, diet wise, training wise, exercise choice etc

i started off just lifting as HEAVY as i could with shiet form....low sets..

    PATHETIC diet..

wasted a good FIRST year doing that..

then wasted a WHOLE year trying to "cut fat whilst bulk" and got literally no where.

    now im' on track

oh god i wish i found this forum and a few others im on back when i started workin out

    250lbs @ 20% gives you a lbm of 200lbs. At 10% you"d be looking at approx. 220lbs.

Thats what the math says, I was talking real world instances. The vast majority of people losing 30 lbs will end up dropping some muscle and water along with the fat.

This is always a tough nut to swallow. Even more so if your goals are to get into the single digit BF%. But, the more ripped you are, the bigger you look at any weight.

Thanks big guy..... shooting for 250 LOL - only 15 more lbs to go. I've been trying to hit my upper chest really hard because IMO it's lagging behind everything else. I've made some progress..... it doesn't come fast.
