In search of 6 pack abs/ Natural cut ...with pics

yoo guys im trying to lean off for the summer i looked into using things like T3 or an ECA stack but i thought id try a month or so without and see how it goes naturally through good dieting and dedication in my workout and cardio.

i started dieting 2 weeks ago and have some pics that were taken a little while before then and i took some pics today two weeks in.

pics 1&2 before dieting pics 2&3 two weeks in

i know picture quality is pretty poor and it may be hard to tell if ther is a difference but any comments are appreciated. ill do my best to get better pictures up.

abs = diet... if you get the diet correct then you will always have the abs not just during spring and summer - other wise you will have to keep going back and forth with some drug to get the fat off of ya - clen and t3 will eat some of you muscle up too fyi

I know diet is the key that's why I've changed it and I'm not saying I want abs just for the summer that's just a the goal I've set for myself to have them by then.

Could anyone give me a bf estimate so I have an idea wer I'm at please??
I wana get down to single figures I'm thinking I'm maybe around 12-15%

U don't need drugs to cut your lean already. A lot of times its just that tiney bit of sugar keepn em coverd up. Lookn good tho keep it up.nclude full body cardio like aerobics , swimming , or cross training to really burn it off quick, and to spare muscle.

    Steak!... and eggs lol
There aren't very many sources of lean protein that fall under the (meal 1) category. I have 6 egg whites scrambled with green pepper, some spices, garlic, and I top it with a little avocado and low fat cheese. The avocado has a bit of fat to give me my morning energy and get the day started.

... I miss bacon and towers of pancakes covered in butter too buddy.

heres another update pic two weeks on from the last one let me know what ye think.

In search of 6 pack abs/ Natural cut ...with pics-img00193-20100430-1702.jpg

i know theres some marks on the mirror it was taken in my gym and its a pretty 'hole in the wall' gym lol

i think im still making slow progress on loosing belly fat as now ther is that visible ridge in the centre of my top abs, but im seeing more and more definition in my chest which im pleased with.
anyone got any abs exercises they can share that target mainly lower abs jus to help push them out a little (i know cardio and diet are key and they are in check) much appreciated.
