Thanks for the input guys I'm 5ft 9 my staring weight was 196lbs and now I'm at 188lbs.
I haven't concentrated too much on what I'm weighing i've been going on appearance and strength. And the abs are showing more and I've made strength gains which is awesome!

3 times a week i do minimum of 20 minutes low intensity on the treadmill/bike/rower. twice a week im at rugby training for 1hr and a half this can range from low to extreme intensity on occasions. and once a week i play a 80 minute rugby game.

Lookn great cut out the shugar. Go for complex carbs all the time . It will help a lot.. Great work!!

Just saw last pic, I'd guess about 10 . Lookn pretty lean. Good job on a natty cut. I think its a bit more of a body recomp cuz the way u changed up your diet. Muscles are poppn out nicely.

My bad 8lb loss of body weight..not dun yet tho. Check out if you don't already know what your body used for energy source and the proccess at how it does that. If your doing complex as an energy source and you wana stay lean..let's say your diet is on, and you don't wana loose muscle during rigorus activity. Adjust or suplement energy source. ATP, glucose mix, bcaa ect. Just a thought. It will help you stay growing by not letting your body catabilize your muscles that you have worked hard to get.

thanks alot man ill look into that.
im not really setting a weight loss target as such im more going on appearance and strength. im thinkin that 8lb was purely fat loss and nothing else becasue i have not lost any strength i have gained on various exercises

Yoo guys I have a question about EFA's and thought I may aswell add it on here rather thn start a new thread.
I use flax seed oil and have recently read that it's a good idea to store the bottle in the fridge. I just put it in a cupboard out of direct sunlight.
Should I put it in the fridge orrr does it not really matter?

I train them twice a week
one session I target lower abs and obliques as much as possible. Hanging leg raises, lying leg raises, crunches holding the exercise ball with my legs, standing twists.
The other session I go for heavy resistance on the top four abs weighted crunches, sit ups russin twist weighted/decline.

Just a little update here guys im feelin that fat loss has slowed way down so im gonna be adding a little more cardio to my workouts to get things going again.
Any suggestions on how to push through this little barrier and get that fat off will be appreciated.
Two pics for ye here first pic was begining of this year and 2nd pic was taken today, im really pleased with the progress ive made so far and im still looking to get body fat down whilst i plan my first injectable cycle for later on this year.
