New BF check please!

2 months ago was at 15% and couldn't see my abs. ive been watching closely my diet and now i'm starting to see some shadow and i believe i lost some inches on waist, tough i didn't measure. Any hints about my current %?

Its really hard to tell in that lighting and with that picture quality. It is definitely lower than 15 but i cant say for sure what it is now with that picture

Like Noles said, kind of a crappy pic because you seem to be hunching/leaning forward, but based on it i'd say 14%. But bro, you're looking thick as HELL - i'd be happy at 14% if I had your mass.

i had estimated 13%. thanks for the guesses.

I appreciate the kinds comments. But i find myself pretty small for a 210 lbs i guess its because i have big leg bones :S

I too think theres no way yoiur 8-10%. At 8 you will see ripples in stomach. At least i do. I have to agree with others. Based on you stomach alone id guess around 12-14.

But either way, you look great! Post better pics...
