What 30lbs of Muscle Really Looks Like

Was going through some old pics and found one from my very first show 15 years ago at a whopping 161lbs. 1st pic is recent at 191lbs.

The first pic is really small when you click on it.

I could see it better when it was your avy.

    Either way, still damn impressive!

And a great guide to those who want to gain 25+ lbs in one cycle.

^^I have bulked twice in my life and all it made me do was diet that much harder and longer to get back into shape. Didnt add any more muscle than if I had stayed lean. For the last 2 1/2 years I have stayed 215-220lbs off season (I compete around 195lbs these days) and 10-11% bf is the absolute highest I will let myself go.

Did you obtain the 161 figure naturally? Either way, that's still a lot of hard work!!!

Yes, that picture was from 100% natural training as was the next 15 years after that as well. Just noticed in my original post I stated the pic was 15 years old. It was from 1993 so it was actually almost 18 years ago.

Good to know that an awesome figure like that is obtainable without the juice. It actually inspires me and gives me belief.

    Good stuff!!!
