    new pics...currently bulking

    Currently bulking.

    Age -21
    Height- 6'2
    Weight- 220(most ever weighed)
    cycle exp- 0
    Workout exp- 4 years

    Just a quick update on my bulk, sitting at 220...most I've ever weighed.
    Sorry for the crappy quality, I still think im no higher than 16% bf.
    Started doing 60 minutes a week of cardio and still working out 4 days a week.
    Hoping to get up to 230 in 3 months getting no higher than 18% bf.

    I've got puffy nips since I was 13...but no lumps when I push in. I dunno.

    u need to get ur BF% down and STAY NATURAL, no need for you to cycle now at your age

    What do you think my bf% is? Im focusing on putting size and strength. I don't want to"look" strong...I want to be strong. Know what im sayin? I just want to be huge. My legs are lacking.

    For being 21..... you have decent size...... but you are carrying a little bit more BF also. Being 6'2 and 220lbs..... it's easy to tell you carry it all in your upper body..... definately gotta hit those legs. Your delts are lagging on the side.... your front delts have good size but I think they're making the sides look worse...... would really help to bring those up.

    Overall..... you're on the right path and if you stick to it..... you'll see big changes over time. keep it up!
