Nice work Notorious! Depending on how the lower back and legs look you could very well be into single digits as far as BF% goes.

-

Damn that would be awesome FG, i'll get a wheel/back shot up to see... Goals now are to super lean bulk for the summer, cals restricted around 3500 with about 2-3 "cheat meals" a week. So far, so good. We'll see how it goes...
Just stumbled over this pic from early 09 - I owe the success I've had since then to the members of this board... More specifically, members like FG, Nark, Reed, Marcus, Swifto and all the other members that share experience with guys like me, it's truly appreciated!!

Not to thread jack, but you know what would be a helpful post/sticky? Pictures of people with known BF% so those of us wondering can kinda compare.

I'm guessing to be around 10% give or take .5%
Couple things need to improve. Tan/Legs/Tan on legs/Upper Chest.
If I can get those things to the table, I might just be "satisfied". Still lots of work ahead though...
Also, thanks for the incouraging words, means alot to a small fry like me

Thank u, its definitely a grind to keep up a workout/diet plan I have all the respect in the world for the people who manage a 9-5 and still reach fitness goals. Its tough turning down going out for drinks or food with friend, family and coworkers but you gotta do it or else you'll just yoyo your time away. Ive been through it myself. Have a few friends going through it now.

Yeah I agree, I've never been below 10-11% but i'm on my way through that door... I'm still taking in a good bit of carbs... I know that I could use adding some more muscle, but i'm going to drop my carbs in half, up my cardio and see how low I can go... I'm going for 8%

LOL gotfina, I really don't know brother
Ok since my last post, I went on a eating craze! I think my eq just kicked in on me, because my hunger went to a level i've never experienced before, I felt like I could literally eat myself to death. Put on 5lbs in a week.
Anyway, i'm back on the grind, cals cut back down and cardio bumped back up... This is going to be a 4 week shred.. I'll update when the time is right. Have a good one!

I would say around 7-8% depending on how your legs look...deff not 10% I have done many bf test in my time and never have I seen somone look like that at 10% or even 9%. around 8% is when most guys really see their abs "pop" since it is one of the last places for men to loose body fat.

Wow what a transformation. Unbelievable.
Can I ask what exactly you have done in those 2 years cycle/workout/diet wise?
Any down time or having you been busting it for 2 years straight?
