Great work mate. I wouldnt say perfect form though, take a look into proper benching techniques from a powerlifting point of view, arched back, shoulders tight, elbows tucked, drive with the lats, finish with tris and proper leg positioning to power though the ground. You could hit 400 in no time. Again great pressing though

As said above, without using your legs you are not engaging your core making it much harder to lift the wieght.

Great work mate but seriously, technique, when you move your leg you risk serious back injury. As suggested look at more powerlifters, I promise you, the last thing you want is back problems and when you are not balanced you risk so much!! all the best and great strenght. You can do well! John
