dang haha, i thought i was in the high teens.

About 3 years ago i was about 40lbs heavier at 23%, a straight fatboy. Only tacked off a few % in those 40lbs i guess..

I would guess 19-21%. Congrats on the loss so far. It's pretty easy to get down to 12-13% with a decent diet. Getting sub 10% usually takes more attention. Good luck man keep it up!

Thanks man, I think i dropped 15lbs alone in the first few weeks just from cutting down on booz and drunk munchies haha. I'm working towards that 10% on a pretty strict diet right now.

Would you guys suggest just strict diet and 5-6 days a week of cardio? I feel like if i got around 12% i would be like 165lbs or so.....seems so tiny.

instead of guessing, why not invest in a $20 set of BF calipers?

Cool man good investment. Lots, maybe even most, big dudes out in the world are just fat and would look pretty twiggy at 10%. Does strengthen the legs carrying 100lbs of jiggle... Cardio is always good, but can burn muscle as well if your not careful. REALLY get into your diet and keep picking up heavy stuff.

    I think it's a bit lower maybe around 17-18 but that's just a guesstimation.

I'm keeping a strict diet with cardio, mostly fasted cardio. Weight training 3-4 days a week as well, my main concern is maintaining my current strength and muscle.
