I have very little to contribute. I am very proud, though I don't look like you guys, of the progress I have made. I was a part time lifter for 2 years. Then I quit lifting. Then back to lifting and diet. Then quit. Then lifting eating right resting right and here I am. The before was about 6-7 years ago I guess and the other is very recent. I guess my bf is around 15%. I know it's hard to tell but does anyone disagree from what you can see? I have ran a cycle of superdrol before but no aas

Guys it means alot. I got fed up with looking sick and have learned alot from guys like y'all. I'm still learning more than a little from the nutrition part of this site. I stay in nutrition more than any other part. I'm just trying to be the best that I can be. Unfortunately, I know my genes are against me but.......

Lol. Second that shit. Spent years living on jd n coke. Er coke. Pills. kebabs U name it. I left that left of my life. N joined the gym. Now the only fat u find in my house is with my sundried tomatoes. N the only drugs are amino. Super multi vitamin. Matrix whey protein. Natv2( probs more a placebo). N casein. Gym 5 times a week. Left the ex. N I'm in my new life fee-ing like I hot Duracell on tap. Lol.

Keep it up man. I'm nowhere near where u are. But I WILL be. ;-)

Awesome transformation, when I started I was your before pic. I'm still not close to the after.

I never thought this many people took on lifting to stay above the influence of other shit. That's how I started lifting hard in the first place, word - I thought it was just me. . lol.

Totally agree with everything stated above.

    Again: Great work!

Again I really appreciate these kind words. It's great motivation to hear others say good things. As yall can probably tell, I never had many compliments in my early years. But never satisfied!!!

You used nothing other than superdrol?? Is that some type of OTC shit? If so this is the greatest natural transformation I've ever seen and would like to know where the hell to get it.

I have no sympathy, for drug users, it's the choice they make. I do have a ton of respect for those strong enough to clean up their lives. Good job man, looking good.

Wow!!! Thank you so much. This means so much to me. Superdrol was banned in the US as well as other prohormones. To be honest it put a shit load of water on me and that was all I kept. My strength went through the roof in about 2 weeks. Probably was lifting at 30% more on all lifts. It's really bad stuff tho. Super hepatoxic. In fact probably much worse than oral aas.

That's crazy good gains bro. When i was in high school I took 4,5 dio. And a shit load of tribulas along with some DHA and my regular supplement regime and left the school year around 205-210 and came back 240lbs; everyone constantly talked shit about steroids . Honestly that was "along with other things" the reason why I started so young. Have you started any aas yet??

Yes I am on test c 500 mg/wk right now. Tomorrow will be 5.5 weeks on and really haven't seen anything worth noting. I keep the placebo effect but thats it. I am really disappointed as I have been the same size and same strength now for quite some time. I was really ready to break the barrier but it's not looking so good to be honest. I have followed the strictest diet I know how to an my workouts have been steady and very hard. I'll keep pushing though with my hopes set high and see what happens. I know the stuff is legit because of libido an my boys but I just expected much more. I will be using short esters from now on for sure. I went with cyp because of the infrequent pinning but now I look forward to pinning so the short ester is a win win. How many cycles have you done? What should I be expecting? Are my expectations too high?
