    Visually what does my BF look like?

    I started my first cycle Wed morning and I am wonder what you think my BF might be around. Cycle is 12 weeks Sust 250 3x week .6ml eod and Liquidex .25 eod started Thur. Then 18 days after last pin start PCT Nolva and Clomid, I am also going to be running HCG starting second week of cycle 250ui 2x week.

    I plan on either updating every week or jsut do a slideshow type deal from start to finish. If I wait until I finish should I do it at 12 weeks or wait until PCT is over.

    I'd guess no more than 18%. Possibly as low as 15%. Get some calipers and let us know. Good luck!

    17-18% would be my guess, lean limbs but a lot of fat in the midsection and lower back.

    I have some digital calipers and I am not sure if I doing it right, everytime it do it the number seems to low. The instructions say to do it at the chest, side of navel and mid of thigh. The only problem I have is how much do I grab and where are the best locations to pinch? I was 261 in Oct of 09 and that is when I decided to make a change in my life and went on a serious diet. Got done to 174 last July and look sick becuase I lost a lot of muscle my chest was flat and did not have much def. Then in about Aug of 11 I wanted to gain some weight so I put on what about 15 pounds and my waist as been right around 33-34in and I have gained some mass. I have a picture me at 190 last year about his time and I looked sick.

    I will take pics tonight of the steps I am doing on the calipers.

    remember the calibers and most digital are 5% off..

    i'd suggest 16%..

    lack of definition in the delts and quads are an issue and could just be water/sodium retention..

    that might help you in deciding a eating routine..

    As much lean mass as I can with minimal fat gain. 5% good to know I figured there was no way the caliper what right a good starting point I guess.
