ya ok guys..........how long have all of u been training this is my second year of serious lifting and io play football so i'm an athlete too. So y lose bodyfat. I need size and power and i'm not really fat at all. Maybe later in life i will want to drop bodyfat but i will never want to be under 300 pounds ever again. I want mass. How many of u guys have gained 50 pounds in 7 mouths w/o juice given some if fat not alot though. Thats all i'm saying. Plus guys i'm 6'6 its harder for us tall guys to gain.

If this is your 2nd year of really lifting... then shut the hell up and learn. dont' let your mouth fly off when you have nothing constuctive to say. Your comments reflect your stupidity.
and being 6'6'' it is a lot easier to gain 50 lbs than if you are 5'10''

Ya Beantown Abuser is right, playing a sport is more harder to do while adding size. As for the pretty boy, you look more like a guy that should be dancing in a night club some where. Not on this AR Review.
You do need to add some size, especially to your lower body.
In the mean time, train hard and stay safe!

WTF, the dumbasses are really coming out for this thread. Nice 1st post BigKarlNordin, welcome to the board (yes, i am being sardonic). Maybe in your country calling someone a "pretty boy" is constuctive criticism, but in this board it is not. Anyway, i don't know if this guy goes to night clubs but he is a hell of a lot bigger and more cut than 99.99% of anyone i have seen at night clubs. As was said before, not everyone is trying to be a Greg Kovacs. I have found through my experiences that the women like the 6 pack and a cut look a lot more.
Where did he post a current pic of his lower body? Did i miss it?

And for the record yes I am the one who dances with chicks at the night clubs while you go home empty handed!

Beantdown Abusor and Bigkarlnordin you are both junior members here and should respect the senior members (and everyone else offcourse) or you might not last for long.
Think about it before you start dissing someone on this board again.

Huh?
Sorry, if I hit a nerve there. Didn't mean too. However I just hope you start concentrating on your lower body more. That's all, nothing wrong with being a pretty boy in a night club. Don't take a hissy fit on me man.
I don't need any of that school yard talk. If you wanna be 6'3 and 170lbs, that's your choice, just don't come on here asking for advice, if you can't take any of it.
Keep it real man, we don't need another hero......

When I was playing football all I had to do was lift hard and then I could eat whatever I wanted because nobody cared if you had a six-pack as long as you could bench 400+.
It takes much more discipline to be able to bench 400+ and still be lean.

The only advice you gave was "work on your lower body." The rest of your post was total garbage. That advice is fine by me but #1) he didn't show pics of his lower body #2) He was asking advice on his obliques. Maybe it was just me, but the overall tone of your post seemed very negative.
If you were only trying to help him out by telling him that he does not belong on an AR board because as you say, "he looks like a pretty boy," then i stand corrected.Last edited by winter13; 04-19-2003 at 03:57 PM.

All I have to say is the following: As someone who might be considered "BIG" in the sense "big" proponents seem to be espousing the term (at 6'3" and as heavy as 260 at times with a bodyfat level that, outside of bodybuilding circles anyway, would not be considered high), I absolutely take off my hat to alevok. Having attempted several times to diet down to his level of bodyfat AND retained muscularity (two things that people very erroneously seem to think are readilly and simultaneously attainable) with disastrous results (in comparison to his achievements in this regard) despite my research and discipline. I am of the opinion that until someone has actually made a concerted attempt to achieve 6-7% bodyfat with muscularity to boot, they absolutely can not appreciate the muscularity that was necessary beforehand to reach that goal. I have no doubt whatsoever that if alevok didn't mind carrying 15-18% bodyfat around during a bulking stint, he would no doubt be of the proportions many of you seem to qualify as "big". And, by the way, it's not his fault he's a good looking dude to boot....how that seems to take away from someone's physical achievements in the weight room is beyond me, but that seems to be the consensus with some.

So, if I understand well, negative critics and comments are prohibited here? Am I wrong?
You are all big and sexy, everything is perfect, peace and love. Haha.
-

Negative comments are certainly welcome in a manner consistent with the term "constructive criticism". Comments such as, "As for the pretty boy, you look more like a guy that should be dancing in a night club some where. Not on this AR Review." Are simply asinine, as they imply not only that alevok hasn't contributed immensely to the board, but that he doesn't even belong here. I've scoured this board and have yet to find size requirements on it; nor have I found anything indicating that one must be below a certain bodyfat level to post.

Well - what I want to see is some more respect from newbie members toward everyone - and I will make sure that is what happens, one way or another
On AR we respect the goals of people who want to be fat boys, pretty boys or even partyboys ( ) as long as what they know what they are going after and it is safe and healthy - everyone has different goals - not everyone wants to b a powerlifter or a BB or a GQ model - but for those who do - we are here to help them
I am tired of having to spend my time to respond to stupid posts like this that get reported to me - I am about to have a very low tollerence for people who want to act like assholes

Sorry but this sparked a little rage in me.
Beantown and BigKarlNordin...I have no tolerance for you. Don't come on here with a few posts, looking like horseshit in your avatar and talk shit about Alevok, who looks better than most guys on here IMO and is a respected senior member! I know a lot of guys that criticize people with good physiques, when there own physique sucks and you know what that is? PURE JEALOUSY! And what's the problem with his lower body? I haven't even seen pics of it yet so for all you know, it could be solid.
Alevok-you look great. Obviously, a lot of hard work to get in that kind of shape and it shows! Good luck with the GH ...and nice place too.

Why is this guy on GH again?
-
04-21-2003, 05:11 PM #78
Okej, Alevok..
You are in good shape, no doubt about it..
I disagree with most of the people here,
Why is Alevok so great?
Have seen ton of guys put out a better effort then that,
I don't know how long you have trained, when seeing your high steroid abuse , I don't find impressing at all.
Many people can do your acomplishments with or without drugs and right training and strict diet...
It's just a opinion.
So I leave the word open.

No one says I am great niether I . And I am not trying to impress you and not saying I am better than someone here. I ask advices they tell me what they think. Whats wrong with this?
If I use AS it is my decision not yours, I am living my life dude, not yours!

mr cardo ,bro his abuse ???not nearly as harsh as others ,as for u have no room to talk bro !u dont even compare so now u can procceed by putting ur foot in ur mouth and keeping it there .alsoif u notice his height ?it alaot more dificult for him to gain then short guys ,and his cycle are very low doses and mild androgens ,some people can make gains like that with out gear ,yea some but not every one is gifted !better living through chemistry !also is goal is not to bulk and be huge hel likes the yea ur gilr is onmy nutts and comming home with me tonight look !nothing wrong with that .
