    My photos

    180lbs at 5'11 or 6.

    little bloated here

    My goal is to get to 220lbs at 5% b/f

    Looking good man. That's a very doable goal. I'm 5 8 and I wanna get to about 230 at around 5 percent bf

    220 at 5% is not easily achieved. Thats 209 lbs of lean mass. It can be a good long term goal for you though

    From what I can tell in the pictures you appear to be around the 12% range which means you would need to put on around 50 lbs of lean mass

    I'm little bloated here as i'm on test and deca ....i never had problem losing fat though

    5. 11 Here, want to be 250 flat about 8 percent body fat. Sounds like that's gonna suck so far for me lol

    200 15 precent fat. Comin from 140 last may.

    U look great bro - youcan definately add some more muscle, although its hard to add muscle and get leaner to 5%. Go for the bulk first then cut down. I'm sure you know, 5% is way hard to achieve. But its good to have goals

    agreed. 5% isnt not even near close. plus no pics of the legs hard to say say.

    either way keep up the hard work

    This is a decent comparison of BF%

    Getting deep into the low single digits seems like a whole new game.

    220 @ 5%Bf is competition status for sure.
