I'm not really sure what the body fat was. I've been eating pretty clean. I was on a 2000 calorie diet back then I weighed 170. Now I'm 226. I have 7 weeks left of this bulk then I'll lean out a little bit. I should be able to gain at least ten more pounds. I mean I don't have a gut or anything. I just don't have to ab definition anymore

Thanks guys. But I'm mid way in my bulk cycle right now. Still going to grow a little then shred it up. I will need to rebuild my diet but I'll cross that bridge when I get there.

Not eating shitty tho. I look forward to getting lean. But I will swallow the higher bf % for a few more weeks to get some more bulk

The personal trainers that I talk to at the gym (no they don't train me just for cross reference) told me don't worry about anything but bulking right now. So that's what I'm doing. And I must say my strength is going through the roof. I can just feel my workouts advancing beyond novice and into more advanced lifting. Progress Definitely feels good. It's hard work though.

You have to do cardio man! Even if your bulking... especially as long as you have.... at least once or twice a week. U need to take care or your heart man.... what good is all that new muscle... if you run out of breath under thirty seconds....... besides.. once you start doing cardio now.... it will be tough as hell for the first few weeks

honestly you bf is getting pretty high. You could easily add in some cardio or cut the calories some and not hurt any muscle gains. IMO there is no reason to get over 20%
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

No the first two are at 170 the last two are 225-230 I'm currently 230 . And I have started the bike and I can do it with no cramps. I kinda like it

But like I've been told I need to wait six weeks after my cycle to worry about trimming. I still have six weeks left on this bulk. But I will do the bike 4 days a week for 30-40 minutes

Not to be an azz but I think you looked better a yr ago, yes you r thicker, but you added 6-7% bf, I guess it all depends on what your after.

It's called bulking, then cutting, it's a simple concept what don't you get. Cutting is real fxckin easy to do. Growing is harder. So i grew and I'm still going. I guess if you like skinny ass people my before pics are better but I'm not into looking like a gay porn star so I bulked up. im twice as strong now and enjoy being big way more than being skinny with a six pack. I will get it back soon I'm just doing a bulk. It's obvious I can get lean when I want to. My fxckin stomach is still flat. Still doesn't hang over the waist line.

Ok well when it's all said and done I will post up some more pics. Guarantee I'll look like a beast. You act like its so hard to lean out. Maybe for some of you it is but it's easy. Say what you want most of you are just mad that you can't make any gains. No more talking though. My next post will just be finished pictures in about a month and a half.

no but seriously to each his own. respect to op. My first cycle was dumb (test e, tren ace, dbol ) and too early and I really did have a shity diet. I put on 50 pounds 150lbs start-200lbs end) and lost ten afterwards I then spent the next 3 years working my ass off naturally to loose 10% bf while staying the same weight. I am still 190lbs and my bf% is under 10 and I don't ever want it to go back up after all that bs. I regret my first cycle and I know op is smarter then I was but my point is that I hate cutting after a cycle! I hate stims, I hate every day cardio! I find it difficult but if your fine with having to cut more power to ya brother! You will look awesome once those new muscles get the exposure they diserve.

You know what, I agree. Who cares, it's only fat. . . 35 pounds if that and you look solid. Losing 35 pounds will take 3-4 months at most. . . But they got you with the muffin top.
