Good work.
Lats and delts, especially anterior delts are lagging. Bi's to tris are pretty well balanced, tri's could be bought up a little more.
Posing could do with some adjustments, but if you have a few years before competing you can work on it later. How are your legs?

Ahhh, something I can work on thanks for your input! Honestly I though my anterior delts were OK, but having a second opinion is why I came here. Lats are for sure lagging, I recently started hitting them hard and in every way that I know, so hopefully I'll see improvement in the future. \
As for posing... I don't have a fvking clue! haha. I'll post some pics of my legs and get some critique there, i'd be grateful for your advice there as well.

Nicely done mate! I was 155lbs at 18 but was not in that kind of shape at all! Great abs keep those going. And agreed^^ want to see more lats and delts. Hit up some more pullups in between sets? but very impressed. Also great plan to stay natty for 5++ years, you will do so much better then all the premature juicers (myself incuded)
-
realistically ur lats need to grow a lot more, or u might not have the genetics to compete. lee priest at the age of 13 had lats ,about 25x the size of yours. im assuming at your body weight you don't have staunch legs? if you stay lifting for the next 10 years you will be a big guy. but genetics play a huge role in competing and being big and competing is different
kill you biceps with negative training then start your back work out, pull downs, pull ups to really make your lats engage and take away from your arms doing the work. sounds stupid but it works, and its not some fad from a magazine

very good base, let that muscles come nice and slow man, less stretch marks, don't waste time on supplements just clean food, and be careful not to hurt your self outside of training, eg. car accidents, hard falls. ect ect

Wow that is great for being 18! A couple more years you could be stacked!!!
Advice would be exactly what auslifta said. Lats and Delts (especially posterior). Your a CPT so you should know the workouts for those rear delts. I have some good workouts for them if you want. I have concentrated on rear delts for years now, because the anterior and mid's get worked out in so many other ways.
Keep up the hard work brotha!
